The hotel was disgusting. We arrived late at night so we had to stay there for one night. We contacted hotels.com that night and told them we needed to cancel our next two nights. They then proceeded to not refund the next two nights that we canceled. Extremely disappointed and will not be using hotels.com again.

Roach infested didn't have time to take pictures I wanted to get out of the room. I have small children and no one should ever go through that. Property manager called us liars but I know what I saw. I hope they get shut down this place is a scam and hotels.com didn't even help.

We were highly disappointed with our stay here. From the moment we stepped in the room, we were greeted with gnats and other bugs. Some of the walls and doorframes were cracked and all the cabinet and drawers were left open. Property is terrible, nasty!!!! The pool is not cleaned as well. Everything they said they had as far as cooking utensils, rags, towels, nothing works blow dryer weren’t working as well it was just terrible!! I’ve stayed here a few years ago, and it amazed me how much it has went down hill! If you are taking your family to this location just be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies dishes etc you would rather put up a tent in the backyard than stay here!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was so filthy and honestly disgusting, we immediately left! There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the towels folded up for use, a toothpick on the toilet paper holder, dead bugs on the window seal and floors. It is not a place I would ever give another chance! It was awful and the property is now refusing refund! For reasons above a refund should be given no matter the booking. I booked expecting to have a clean room to stay in and that was not the case. I will provide pictures of everything stated.

The room was supposedly newly renovated according to the gentleman that checked us in. We were the first to stay in it. However, it wasn’t all that nice. The lighting was terrible. The shower never got warm. Only the sinks had hot water. The knob on the shower would come off. It was a rather small room as well so close corners trying get around the side of the double beds. A plus was the bed slept well and it was decently clean.
