This location is much to be desired. It is not conducive to those who are disabled and the property is very unclean. The staff (overall but not all) are not welcoming. Lastly, I did not get my security deposit back!

My receptionist was wonderful very polite and kind. When we entered our room I didn’t expect to see what awaited me,it was infested with roaches everywhere except the refrigerator that where we had to put our clothes we had taken off and we had to put our towels in there as well to prevent the roaches from crawling on them. We also had to keep our suitcases in the car so that we didn’t take anything home with us.my husband asked for clean towels and they didn’t have any so we went to the laundromat to wash them the air conditioning was about to fall off the wall we asked if someone could fix it and was told that second shift was coming on at 7.00 no one showed and we stuck towels in it to prevent rats from entering our room.Saturday I went to the office and asked if the maintenance guy would please come and fix it and they sent a guy that didn’t speak English and I had to try and tell him what the problem was. The only didn’t think it was problem because the last people that stayed didn’t complain.

The room smelled like cigarette and marihuana! The room was non smoking and it seem like if the people smoked in there all the time. The floor, curtains, kitchen and shower were dirty. The one staff member working there was nice enough. No signage indicating where the office is. A/C worked great. The toilet rocked and leaked at the base. Probably needs a new seal. Sink cabinate was broken and rotting. Hole in the wall where the toilet paper used to be mounted. Shower had very little water presure. Tile along floor was cracked, and roaches were coming in through the opening. Kitchenette counter was bowed down like a 500 lb person sat on it. This property should be inspected and condemned. I had reservations for 2 days, but left after being there for about 5 hours. Waiting to see if they refund my extra day. I have pics of everything.
