Room #117 bottom floor level and accessible from parking lot. Not a bad room, but needs attention. Bottom of the door is not attached to the door proper. The smoke alarm fell from the ceiling and did not appear to be connected when it was in place. Gave to unit to the desk clerk who told us it would be looked into apparently forgot to pass this on to the "look into" people. We were there four nights and it was still not fixed when we left. The room service had to be requested, something we were not told when checking in. We were given clean towels when requested and coffee when it was available. They allow people pulling trailers and large RVs to park crossways in the lot occupying numerous (6-7) parking spaces causing problems and inconveniencing other paying patrons. The spaces taken were prime out front spaces taken up by these inconsiderate individuals and allowed by the motel. On the plus side, the breakfast was to our liking and better than most mid range motels we tend to stay at when traveling. Not a regrettable stay, but could have been better.

Rooms were still being cleaned at 10:20pm when we arrived. Had to wait. The desk man was nice and apologetic. The tub faucet wouldn't stop running all night. Quilted bed cover was torn in places. The place is run down.

There was a lot of hair in the room. Long, black, and curly/wavy. In the shower, it the sink, stuck to the wall. The carpet was very stained. The bed was comfortable. The whole place was dated. Staff was nice and the breakfast was great.

Just checked in at 8:20pm and walked up to room 212, and bed was not made, lights were all on, had an Oder. Got another key for another room 310 was locked. Then went to front and was offered a “nicer” room bed was not made, trash everywhere. Went to another room same thing, then was given a room back by the first room with no working lights.

Light over sink not working leaving the vanity area dark, use of hair dryer caused a tripped socket, wall sockets were so loose would not hold a plug in, ceiling smoke detector missing, one wash cloth for 2 people, elevator area very dirty, refrigerator in common area was not cool enough for yogurt so it was lukewarm. We left a day early and told we could not get a refund. Very disappointing stay.

Property is in need of renovation. Elevator was filthy. Lobby looks like part was renovated. Room was just ok. Shower pan creaked everytime you moved. Bed was hard as a rock.

TV was smaller than the pictures. Entered room and everything was unplugged, tv, fridge, lamps. the room smelled horribly which was from the fridge not being emptied. I had a package of mushrooms and a pizza that had been left in the unplugged fridge. was moved to another room and was woke up by a cockroach climbing on me and then noticed a tuft of hair that was still on my bed from god knows how long.
