The environment is very quiet, dining is very convenient, and special dining seats are prepared for infants and young children. Very thoughtful service. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, which can heat milk for infants and young children.

This is probably the worst Embassy Suites I’ve stated around the country. I checked in around 7p and was expecting a clean room, which I got, but it was about 85 degrees in the room. I played around with the thermostat and nothing seemed to work. I finally called the front desk and they advised me they would forward the information. I left the room and went downstairs to grab a bite to eat because the heat was becoming unbearable and was glad that I got Jesse as a waiter. He was well manners and attentive throughout my time down there. About an hour later, the maintenance man came by and agreed that it was extremely hot so he got to work. He was able to lower the temperature just enough to be a little more comfortable, and did check on me a few hours later. He was extremely polite and very apologetic. This was not a good experience whatsoever. In the morning prior to checking out I encountered Raul at the front desk… he was extremely dry, didn’t smile, and didn’t seem to enthusiastic about anything. I expl

Sad experience

Check in woman was not trained, asked 3x if she had my rewards number on my reservation but she lied because when i checked out they did. Not have it. Only applied it to 1 room despite me paying for 2 rooms. The hotel is the dingiest looking embassy suites, lighting is terrible. It felt like 1985.

Staff was friendly, room was not what was expected from a Hilton. There was something spilled on the counters in our room and trash left under the chairs. It was also very hot in our room and we could not get it to cool down much. My friend found a hair in her eggs but other than that, breakfast was decent. It really is not a horrible hotel by any means but we did expect better for the price and from Hilton.

Toilet didn’t flush. Workout Exercise room way too hot. Pin missing from toe strengthening cage. Didn’t appear the HVAC was working. Same as in my with grand kids. Don’t make my mistake.

Honestly shoulda taken the too good to be true approach. Parking garage nearly ruined my truck(no height display) I drive a standard pick up. The front desk agent was abrasive and dismissive. Had to change rooms because AC was left on for hours and it never got cooler. In new room AC ran loud all night, and room never dropped more than 2 degrees than ambient temp. Had to put tissues in my ears to sleep it was so loud. Left in the morning to have breakfast and came back to them completely resetting my room for the next guest before I checked out. The door for the back parking area was locked and broken. Honestly a terrible experience very uncomfortable and cannot recommend. Not to mention the surrounding area definitely was a watch your back.

Unhappy Mother's Day

Arrived and was able to park in the handicapp space outside. I was not informed that there was parking in tower level of the building. This became uncomfortable when we laft to go to dinner. Upon our return, had to park a distance away from the main entrance. Although there was both, a free breakfast and drink and chips hour, I could not locate a ramp to the atrium where this was available and there was no indication thqat room service could assist. In addition, although there was supposed to be an ice maker on the floor the only one working was on the fifth floor. The refrigerator stopped working and so did the air conditioning. Reported to the maintenqance personel and received no response. The next morning, my spouse needed an iron which was not in the room. It took one and one half hours to receive the iron which made her late for the free breakfast, It took twent-five minutes to check out as there was only one clerk at the reception area doing both checks and check outs. I've been to other Hilton Embassy suites and had never had anything bad to say, however, this stay may play a determinative action in future reservations.
