The location is good. Customer service bad. They only provide 1 pillow per guest. I asked for 1 extra pillow for my back support since I stayed for 6 days but they said NO! I already paid my room so I cannot transfer to another hotel nearby. Just suffer! I asked them to clean the soap dispenser cause its full of gunk outside the bottle it looks like they have never replaced since it was put to use. They only provide a small roll of toilet paper so my last day runs out I have to use Kleenex tissue. Bad customer service...The breakfast ? I ate the same food for 6 days.

Electronics challenging. Lights went off at least 5 times while in the shower. Would be nice to have separate circuit for bathroom. Rooms are tiny (definitely get the deluxe room for 2). That being said, the price was extremely reasonable for a no-frills hotel in a great location.

Ottima posizione a pochi passi da Westminster, hotel moderno e molto pulito rispetto alla media inglese. Abbiamo avuto una camera disabili per cui tutto sommato ci abbiamo guadagnato in spazio e comodità. Le camere sono dotate di tutto il necessario, salvo il frigo, di cui abbiamo fatto a meno senza grossi inconvenienti. Sposiamo la causa della sostenibilità, quindi il fatto di rifare la camera solo su richiesta, ci è parso più che giusto, almeno per le nostre 3 notti di permanenza. Nel complesso un buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

Amazing location central to everything. We had a small room but functional. Excellent breakfast and staff. Resto bar open to hang out and complementary tea and coffee all day. Perfect for 5 night stay. We would go back!

Point positif : localisation excellente métro à proximité et monument aussi, grand lit, accessible et équipement moderne, personnel très gentil, bar et restaurant attenant a l’hôtel, endroit calme Point négatif : une chambre handicapé nous a été attribué sans nous prévenir et nous demander notre avis, nous avons demandé des explication soi-disant l’hôtel était complet pour les chambres classiques. En soit nous n’avions pas de problème avec cela mais du coup le lavabo était très bas et le toilette très haut, donc très peu confortable. De plus il y avait peu de rangement voir pas du tout, pas de nécessaire de toilette (coton, coton tige, juste un sèche cheveux et du savon corps et cheveux) pas de changement de serviette et de draps automatique, il faut le demander à l’accueil, en plus on avait qu’une serviette par personne et un tout petit tapis mais ayant une chambre handicapé je le rappelle à chaque douche on mettait de l’eau partout car pas de bac de douche tout est au même niveau donc une grosse galère, et pour terminer pas de balai pour nettoyer les toilettes ce qui était très peu hygiénique et embêtant.
