Musty sofa cover and reserve linen. Two of my booked rooms smelling of mildew/smelly sweaty jeans: The bath curtain and probably the rug that was used to wipe the floors. Staff was not too welcoming with hotels.com bookings and the processes(and internal errors) that come with it. Left me to mend and do the sorting when staff can easily deal with their procedures with hotels.com/expedia.com as they are partner merchants. Too bad i was with hotels.commfornmore than 10yrs around the world practically and this happened just now. Front desk was not that helpful

The rooms were old and worn out Everything was pretty dirty, specially in the bathroom around the showers. Staff was friendly, but somehow there was a communication error because when we got there, the rooms were for handicapped people in wheelchairs, but we did not order that

Stayed for 2 nights, the room is clean, staffs are friendly. Hotel is very close to royal miles and everything. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to Edinburgh tourist hot spot. Also very close to the train station which is very convenient no need for public transportation.

Das Hotel Zimmer war groß, aber ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Kaum Ausstattung, nur das nötigste. Der Boden war weder gesaugt, noch gewischt bei der Ankunft. Sehr gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof, ruhige Gegend, kaum Lärm.

Buen hotel con internet muy muy malo

Una ubicación excelente en Edimburgo, a unas cuadras de la estación del tren y como el casco histórico de la ciudad es pequeño se puede recorrer a pie. El personal es amable y atento. El desayuno bastante regular (no es lo mejor que haya probado del “English Breakfast”). Lo único reprobable en la actualidad, internet de bajísima velocidad, la red daba menos de 1mb/segundo apenas para usar WhatsApp. Si requieres una red más rápida te piden un pago de 5 libras por día pero sale más barato comprar más datos móviles que pagar esa cantidad.
