Typical Pocono waterpark “mess” - you just expect it and live with it, been going there for 10 years, still total break down in business processes, feeling of how they trying to scam you, clueless personal etc - just the way they always operated bc they can afford it - still booked out (example of scam - tip automatically included in breakfast check but not stated anywhere - not a word of that fishy charge - while everything else is itemized and explained. Or some prepaid outdoor roller coaster not working bc of the weather but no one knows about it at customer service desk and keep sending me to different places to figure out what’s happening, shame on management for not able get their customer service together- since opening every time there is something along same lines - under trained stuff… ohh and a new low - paid self parking - imagine you drive to Walmart, park outside and then have to pay for parking $25 when you walk in to spend thousands…here is an idea - start charging for breathing air around property
