Worst/Dirtest Hotel in Jax
This is by far the dirtiest and worst kept hotel I have ever stayed at. My first room was filthy. Paint was peeling off the walls, the carpet was so dirty, there was mold inside the picture, the sliding glass door to the balcony did not shut. The hotel moved us out of that room into another and the only thing better was the sliding glass door shut. The bathrooms were dirty. The showers had mold and would not drain so we had to wear our flip flops to shower. Neve stay here again

Mixed Bag
Let me start by saying the staff are wonderful, each interaction even late at night was professional and friendly. The location is perfect for access to Florida Theatre, Vystar arena, Everbank for events. Also less than 10min to amazing food in 5 points, San Marco, and Riverside. The view from our balcony was awesome. However the hotel is very dated, I will upload photos below, please note this is not dirty its just old and falling apart. The housekeeping can only clean a fully intact surface. Looks more like a maintenence issue. For the price of the rooms, the condition is unacceptable. $20 a day parking fee with no alternative, unless you input all of your personal info and download a ridiculous Hilton app. Ice machine on our floor was non functional (8th). Time for a refresh or drop the price.

Old, dirty, NOTHING like a Hilton you'd expect. Hallways smell like mildew and weed, "F*ck" is carved into the elevator, stains all over the furniture, dirt and misc. stains on the walls/floors. Just an overall horrific experience. This chicken bone pictured was in the stairwell for 3 days!

There were stains on the carpet in my room, there were limited outlets and the ones that were there were behind the bed making it difficult to get to. The bathroom had no area to put your toiletries. We had to use the toilet lid as a shelf when we got ready. The front desk staff acted as if you bothered them when asking for something. In the conference, they did not keep the water filled (we ran out of water multiple times). They weren’t attentive to the needs of the conference goers.

OK hotel, overpriced for the age and condition.
This hotel was a choice due to a conference at the property. I'm a HH member, so I have a certain comfort level with Hilton hotels. This hotel is due for a renovation, as it is showing its' age. The hotel staff was top-notch and friendly, but the housekeeping staff was a bit unfriendly and unappreciative of my tips, but I always give them a bit more latitude due to their probable compensation. I usually have back pain from unfamiliar beds, but these were super comfy, but no blankets in the room to keep warm if that is what you want. Their conference room climate control needs work. Our daily room was so cold that it was uncomfortable, especially for me feet, where the super-cold air settles. The other room we used for gatherings was sweltering.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at
Didn’t provide crib for our baby as requested. They said they do not have housekeeping anymore when we arrived at 10 in the evening and they don’t come back the next morning and that there’s no manager or they cannot do anything about it. Had to stay awake at night to make sure my baby doesn’t fall off the bed while sleeping. After hours of driving to the hotel, we got to the room and it did not look like it was cleaned properly. See pictures. Our room was furnitures and fixtures were rusty, flimsy, painted terribly. The paint on the walls were peeling bad as if there was water leaking on the walls. The ceiling was popcorn ceiling. The breakfast tasted nasty as well as the coffee. It was a horrible stay and I didn’t expect this from a Hilton brand hotel. Never will I book at this hotel again. Instead of resting and having a good night on our small weekend vacation, it stressed us out so much most especially we have our babies with us. And it definitely was money wasted.

It smelled really bad in there, the rooms were run down, my tub was clogged before we even got there so the whole trip we had to let it drain before every use. And it’s been a full week since i left and i have not received my deposit back, which was 150$

Hotel needs a serious upgrade
The room doesn't look anything like the pictures and I also have stains on the chairs that's in the room. The hot was not working last night I miss an important event due to the fact that I don't have hot water.. After running the hot water for a hour, calling maintenance that showed up 3 times and informed me that he couldn't the situation.I called down stairs several times to complain and also to request a refund. I was told that there wasn't anything that could be done other than try to move to me another room. My entire night was ruined. The iron doesn't work and the tv signal wasn't working. I feel like it's unfair to go through all of this after paying in advance and not having what I payed for. I hope that you can help me resolve this issue. I appreciate you for reaching out.

Horrible experience
Old hotel, water drained slowly out of sink. The balcony door frame was bent, took a little muscle to open balcony door. An old tub that looked like it hadn't been clean. Shower head full of calcium, it's obvious they've hard water. You could see daylight around the room door. Door don't close by itself.

No hot water
No hot water in our room. I let the front desk know. They said they would send up someone to fix it, but there was still no hot water the next morning the shower was dirty as well. The rooms are very outdated, especially for the price.
