The pool/hot tub area could use improvement for sure. There were dead ants floating in the hot tub and the pool water was cold and cloudy to a point that we did not swim

Rooms were not very clean, halls kinda stunk like BO. One of our two rooms the door would not fully close/lock unless slammed very hard. We told the front desk, they said must be warped. They declined to send up maintenance. Then when we left the next time, the doorknob broke off! Took hours to get a replacement room. Door key cards repeatedly needed reset. Pool was nasty looking. They were draining some murky looking water directly into parking lot and storm drain.

We came in for a week to spend time with family and have a gender reveal for our daughter. We were in the King size suite with our grandkids. Best time ever! Everything about the room, the staff, the breakfast, swimming pool and location was perfect. Joseph at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. I really want to acknowledge his customer service not only to our family but others that I observed as well. When we arrived it was very busy because of a local cheer competition. He not only did his job but was very pleasant as well as helpful. Unfortunately, that has become a rare experience these days. Also, the ladies running the breakfast were great! If we had to pick one thing to suggest is that the broken down truck and toilet in the back parking lot and area outside could use some TLC. We already made reservations for our next trip in June and can't wait! Thank you all for your excellent service.

We had a great room, very comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice to relax in - even with kids. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and was hot and ready. Staff was friendly and courteous (even though we had to go back to the front desk because a keycard wouldn't open the room).

This was by far the best room in the hotel with the jacuzzi in the room . The couch pulls out if you want extra company and super comfy . I really enjoyed my stay and the pool downstairs was open as it was an indoor pool . Swimming in the winter was the best , they also had a jacuzzi downstairs with the indoor pool for extra comfort! Really enjoyed my stay!

We stayed here purely for the pool and hot tub per my 5 year old son’s birthday request. It wasn’t busy at all and he had a fun time. The pool and hot tub was very clean and close to our room(which was just an added bonus). The breakfast had so many options and was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. Showers were clean as was the rest of the room! Heat was great and so was the AC to balance the heat if you turned it up too high lol. There is a Hoss’s literally walking distance next door, which is what we did for dinner. Friendly staff as well Wonderful stay. Definitely recommend
