Better staff training needed
Check in was terrible, both staff were trainees and clearly had to work on their customer facing skills (with just a little smile). The room was much smaller than expected, much smaller. Breakfast was good, the service staff at the restaurant were tentative and constantly made sure all our needs were met.
However, the saving grace was we left our valuables in the hotel safe, they sent an email and when returning to the hotel to collect all the items were there, even cash!
When returning the front desks had mroe "seaoned" staff on hand, the whole experience felt better.
