We’re into Winnipeg for some events at the CLC. Hotel checkin was smooth. Elevators were slow all weekend due to one being out of service. Carpet and furniture is nearing end of life cycle, so we look forward to seeing some renovations in the coming months.

Staff member at check in was not friendly and was curt with answering questions. Patrons dont want to be made to feel .
Maybe a smile, willingness and patience for questions and concerns. like they are an inconveniences

The room is quiet, the bed and pillow were very comfortable. My flight was delayed and I knew I would be in late and on an empty stomach however I looked at the hotel webpage and it said room service was ‘all night’ availability. I took that as 24/7 as is with most larger high end hotels. I just wanted to get to my hotel and so bypasses some opportunities to stop for food. At midnight I called room service. No answer. I called the front desk and asked if room service was still available. I was simply told ‘no’ with no other option suggested. I had to go to bed after a 20 hour travel day and an empty stomach. Not the service I would expect from Hilton and at the very least, update the information on the web page for the hotel so that people can plan ahead.
