Terrible hotel

When we arrived our room had gnats flying around in it and it smelled bad. The pool was green so we couldn't get in it and the ice machine was broken. Staff were not friendly and were irrited when we asked for clean towels.

Horrible hotel

We did not stay at the Quality Inn last night because of bugs in the room. We found a dead bed bug and 2 live cockroaches in the restroom. The rooms are old and and dirty.

Really Old and Really Dirty

The employees are kind and helpful but this hotel needs a major revamping. No elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs. The room look clean at first glance but the counter tops were not wiped down, they were sticky and had fingerprints on them. The bathroom was pretty filthy. It looked like someone had brought their clippers and gotten a haircut in there. The shower was actually dirty and had pubs in it. The fridge didn't seal so keeping things cold wasn't an option. I felt better about the room after wiping everything down with antibacterial wipes. The bed was clean and comfortable fortunately. The biggest disappointment is that the pool is closed. My 11 year old was hoping to swim but after inspecting it I probably wouldn't have let him anyways, it was nasty. If you really don't care about where you're staying and just need to crash for the night in a cheap hotel it's fine but two nights was too much for us.

The pictures of on the website was no where near what the rooms actually look like and stuff in the pictures wasn't even in the room. I was suppose to have a Jacuzzi tub in my room and there was none and the room smelled musty the whole time we was there. Did not receive my deposit back when I left was told it would be two weeks to get it back.

Not the best choice

The room had a jetted tub. That was the only good thing I can say. Smelled like cigarette smoke, very dated and in need of repairs.

Got a room with a jacuzzi tub in it and it took over an hour to get it full enoigh to use because the hot water didnt last long, it wouldn't even last long enoigh to take a hot shower.

The room was very dirty. We had booked only because of the hot tub jet . There was no hot water for the tub. The room was extremely dirty. Found debrais by the bed. And even found a pain reliever pill on tbe floor by the ottoman! I will not be booking again And because i booked with epedia no discounts were offered or available. Highly disappointed and feel ripped off. We traveled 15 hours for a family funeral and very upsetting day is an understatement

Disappointed

It was disappointing that they required a $100 security deposit because I reserved the room online through Hotels.com..it took five days to get the deposit refunded to my account. I will not be staying there again due to this policy
