We appreciate that you are upgrading some things - new toilets, new flooring, etc. Shower curtain may need to be replaced, but everything was good! People are so friendly and accommodating! Will stay again!!

We got everything we needed, but their staff might want to implement a training program so the front desk could work more efficiently with the public and streamline a checkin process.

2/10 Poor

The man said there was no reservation took payment from a different card . We got in the room there was garbage in the refrigerator. The pool wasn't working. It was closed. The floors were not vacuumed. I do not want to be charged for this room we left and didn't stay. The shower didn't work the screw was out of the door handle. We kept hearing a beeping sound next door.

Would have been more convenient to pay have the option to pay the pet fee up front with the hotel fee.

No one at check in counter, my key cards and a paper sitting on the counter along with a paper asking if I had a dog. Pool under maintenance with no warning ahead of time. Only one outlet by the window worked. For breakfast, Juice machines sitting on the counter that don't work. Cereal, toast with jelly and a waffle maker. Room was pretty clean, beds weren't horrible, pretty quiet area, toilet wasn't bolted to the floor.

Only good for desperate need of sleep

Half of the outlets did not work. Heat/AC unit was very noisy so disrupted sleeping. Continental breakfast was a joke... no knifes or forks to eat or butter waffles or toast. Sidewalks had not been shoveled and were icy. Staff said owners were out of the country and did not care things were so run down. Several guests had issues with rooms.
Cheryl, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

When walking into the facility I noticed the walk ways were not taken care of. Snow and ice hazards everywhere. The lobby had an overpowering smell of curry. The clerk was unfriendly. I used a side entrance to access my room since it was closer. The card lock security system was broken so the outside door was not able to be locked. My room door appeared to have been forced open at one time and I could barely lock it with the deadbolt as the metal frame was bent. The bed appeared clean; however the furniture was very soiled. Had it not been so late in the day, I would have gotten a refund and tried to find a different place to stay. During the hour or so before I went to bed, there was a lot of noise from other rooms. People yelling, dogs barking and doors slamming. When I went to bed about 10 pm I noticed that the mattress was so broken down on the edges that if I didn't stay in the middle, I would fall out. The mattress was also extremely uncomfortable. Throughout the night the loud noises continued. Between that and the worn out mattress, I barely slept. The next morning I went to the lobby to get a quick snack before leaving as breakfast was included. I was there about 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready; however nothing was there nor was there any staff in the lobby. I don't know if all Rodeway Inns are like this, but will definitely not stay in another one.

Not worth the money

Cigarette burns on the sheets. Restroom door almost touches the toilet. Restroom door doesn’t open completely. I forgot to get a picture of the main door but it was pretty much destroyed. They tried to use wood glue to hold it together. I had to slam the door for it to close.

ROADWAY INN wahp

First off i rented 5 rooms in the same booking i canced 4 kept one. Everything was updated and correct on Hotels.com but they canceled all the rooms. Luckily they had a room left and gve me a suit for the price i booked for. They owners were very nice. The hotel had garbage piled outside the main entrance and the entry by the stairs was filled with stuff. The room was clean and comfortable. Strange though when we got to the top of the stairs outside the door of the first room was 6 pairs of work boots all lined ip.

It’s an old hotel, but it was clean and the guy that checked us on late at night was kind. Not much offered for breakfast, but I didn’t expect much. I’ve stayed at far worse. Decent for an old and dated hotel, as long as you lower your expectations you won’t be disappointed.
