Smutsiga väggar, klocka på väggen som inte fungerade, trasig list i köket, luktade klorin i kylen. Golvet kändes inte städat och bäddsoffan var väldigt oskön. Bilder gav sken av att det var fräschare än vad det är. En stor fågel kom på besök i poolen när vi badade med barnen. Satt uppe lappar i hissen som bad om att ge 10 i recensioner, typ som att allt annat än 10 är dåligt, men det kändes falskt. Bra läge. AC, kök funkade fint.

Our apartment was wonderful and the staff were great. We speak only a little Spanish, so having the desk staff being able to communicate with us in English was helpful. The entry for our first floor room was in the alley, but I think almost all the other rooms were from the inside of the building.

I think the pictures of this place were not correct and photoshopped heavily. I found the apartment rather bland and boring in styling. Apartment had windows facing directly into another apartment buildings windows (no privacy) and a bedroom with a window to the spiral staircase with lots of noise from guests coming home late at night. Did not sleep before 01:30. Asked staff for towels and soap, but the request was refused. Pool was dirty and only allowed for a few guests at a time. I am a very experienced traveler and rarely write reviews but found this place below average on service and quality of rooms.

The rooms were clean and the shower was excellent. Great power shower. The kitchen was well kitted out, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and hob. The staff were friendly and the place itself is ideally located for bars, cafes, etc.

We stayed in 2C one bedroom with a terrace. The room was spacious as was the livingroom. Nicely decorated and modern. Great location. Reception staff were so helpful. The rooftop pool is amazing. Felt so peaceful in amongst a busy city centre. Would 100% book here again.
