The service was excellent. Room had a comfortable king size bed, and pretty much a full kitchen with a small fridge, a microwave, a stove and a sink. Plenty of room with a sleeper sofa, too.

Trip was only 1 night and we had family in from Ireland who really enjoyed being at the Comfort Inn and in an ocean front room at that. Everyone commented on how lovely the room was as well as being clean and comfortable.

Top family vaca

The room was very roomy. The bathroom was clean and spacious. View was great, could see the boardwalk and beach along with the street so alot happening in one place. Felt clean and comfortable the whole time. No rust, stains, loose things or broken. The included breakfast was awesome to have each morning with everyting from cereal, grits, oatmeal to waffles, scrambled eggs and yogart. Indoor pool was nice addition as well. Very close to food and stores. Will come back

Labor Day Stay

At the end of the day, we had a good time. The hotel is located right on the boardwalk and close to the beach. The issues I had, 1. When I came to check in the employee at the front desk did not ask for any identification, I even asked if she needed it and declined.2. She only activated our key cards for one day, the next day we found ourselves locked out of the room and had to go back to the front desk to find that the card was not activated for the extent of our stay. Again did not ask for ID they just gave us new keys. 3.Parking pass, the date was incorrect on the parking pass, when I asked for it to be corrected they said that the date does not actually matter, they will not tow if you have the pass displayed…even if it is expired. Odd. 4. The complementary breakfast was ok, yogurt, cereal, sausage, eggs, waffles.5. The elevator. If you know you know, ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time.

The hotel is ata great location. Everyone was very nice. I would suggest to change the shower curtains, they are to small and when taking a shower all the water comes out.

Awesome Family Hotel!

Stayed for a long weekend and this was exactly what we needed. The full, hot breakfast and location right on the boardwalk were big bonuses. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were good quality. We will definitely be coming back!

Great spot, great staff, great stay!

Great stay, great staff! Only real complaint…. The back building where indoor pool is…. Smelled very moldy. At first we thought it was chlorine, it wasn’t…. Bad mold smell…. But only by the elevator in that building. Otherwise everything else was great! Loved it and would stay again no problem!!

Clean, comfy rooms with breakfast included!

We loved that breakfast was included and that we had both hot and cold food options. This is a rarity in OC and worth the extra cost when traveling as a family. Boardwalk was right out the side doors. Pool was beachfront with chairs to sunbath if yoi wanted. Beach was liyerally steps from the doors...Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfy, though the kids said the pull out sofa wasnt as comfortable as they had hoped. AC worked great and despite having a room on the backside of the building, we did have a partial view of the ocean. Great place to stay with a family.
