Comfortable Hotel
My husband and I arrived after driving many hours, and part of that was through a certified blizzard. The woman behind the desk was efficient, but not friendly. She barely said a word while checking us in except for relaying information. When we asked for a dining recommendation, she answered us quickly and left. The room was comfortable and clean.

Accessibility issues, but good service
Accessibility was strange, and we had to move to different rooms based on accessibility needs. However, the hotel was efficient with these moves and did not give us a hard time about it. Thermostat was broken in second room, so we had to stay without heat/air.

Was solo so I tried them...WE"LL be back!
I tried them after a friend stayed here recently. We usually stay at the BW Plus or the Hampton Inn. What a pleasant surprise! They are clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. The only negative is that its a tired old place that needs a facelift. I'll go back .

Don't stay here, dusty, smoky, uncomfortable
Really bad smell of cigarettes, even though supposedly non smoking. Filthy dusty, peeling paint on ceiling, broken and stained fixtures, windows cannot be opened fpr fresh air, if it hadn't been very late on a night when we didn't know where else to go, we would not have stayed. There was *literally* a burnt blunt type cigarette on top of one headboard. Just an awful experience. Free breakfast didn't even make up for lack of attention to the rooms' cp dition and cleanliness.

Enjoyable stay
I was traveling with family for the Thanksgiving holiday. I found this hotel convenient to where we were visiting family members. The room was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and I slept surprisingly well. My only complaint was that the shower head was placed low on the wall requiring me to scrunch down to wash/rinse my hair. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, but the water provided for tea service was not hot enough to brew tea.

Good morning, I spent last night at the Clarion hotel in Cranberry Twp., PA on rt. 19 on November 23-24. Someone on the floor had music blarringly loud until almost 2am. My boyfriend and I barely slept for more than 4 hours. I spent a little over $100 for an evening away and neither of us was able to enjoy a restful night. It was rude and unacceptable for the other guests and there was no one at the hotel who did anything to ask them to be considerate of everyone else. The stay ended up being a waste of my hard earned money.

Convenient off freeway. Very clean and large room. good breakfast. Checkout in morning was quick and desk person was very nice. Checkin lady was fine but could have smiled to great customers and a little more positive energy. She probably gets asked the same dumb questions from every person but my experience matters

The woman who checked us in was snotty and rude. The room was ok until i used the bathroom, there was black mold in the cracks around the shower. It was not clean either. When we checked out the woman who helped us was nice. She said she wasnt surprised by the rudeness of the lady the night before!
