The hotel was more than perfect for us (not fancy but very suitable ). Receptionists were very very helpful. Room was clean however they do not have any cleaning services unless you order one and pay extra. the location was very good, safe and quiet with several cafes around.The hotel was near the champselysee and the place de L'alma/trocadero/tour eifel. The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Each room had it's door for privacy and it was spacious considering it is hard to find these types of rooms in Paris in a hotel. Overall, very clean, in a safe neighborhood, and walkable distance to Trocadero for amazing views of the Eiffel Tower.

I spent three nights in the apartment room, which had a kitchenette. It was spacious enough for a family of four. My only concern was that cleaning services came at an additional cost. It would be wonderful if the hotel provided a vacuum cleaner in the room.

I enjoyed staying at Citadines Trocadero. We were immediately welcomed by the front desk clerk, Justin. She checked us in and helped us with finding places to eat. The hotel is located in a safe location and there is a restaurant next door, so if you didn't want to go far and have a glass of wine, a few steps is all it took. I would definitely recommend.

I really loved how helpful the staff was. I inquired about the heating situation in my room because I felt cold despite the heater being in the highest setting. They brought us an additional heater straight away. The room itself is very very spacious! If you are looking for a place to stay in Paris THIS is IT!! it has everything you need and a little market down the street. The Eiffel Tower was within 20 min walk! Will absolutely be coming back <3

They gave us the wrong room we reserved and paid for. The room was small. We reserved and paid for a room that can accommodate 3 persons. They gave us 2 person only room capacity. Room is small. Toilet room was small. Room was hot and humid. Even we set ac to cold. Evening time no room attendant to give us shower gel. Not available during evening and night. You have to get your own towels.

Very well renovated well-equipped studios with air conditioning now. Good location. Missing a business office or just a computer that guests can use if their cellphones fail. The reception director was not willing to allow me (a hotel guest0 use one of the hotel computers so that I could register for a bicycle company website in order to use the city's abounding bicycles. I thought that this was a very poor public relations and left me a very bad impression of the hotel management..

Great location and lots of shops around, easy walkable access to main attractions such as champs élysées, tour Eiffel, and the metro. However, some of the rooms are extremely small and you never know which one you will get- we had a great room one stay and a much smaller room the next, with barely any space to walk around the bed, or to sit at a table.
