There is no non-smoking sign. My friend came over and smoked one cigerette. Afterwards, I slept and the server came to clean the room while I was asleep. :-( When I checked out, I wasn't told of the smoke fine. I only found out after looking at the credit card transactions. Very scamming and creepy services.

There is no sign saying non-smoke. My friend visited and smoked one. Afterwards, I was asleep in the room and a server cleaned the room without my awareness. I checked out and never told I was charged 250 dollars for smoking cost until I see the credit card statement. Very scamming and dirty practices. Be aware!!!

Hotel was under construction but they did make us aware of that. Facility does not accept cash. We only received room service 1 night out of 4. I had to ask for towels daily. No chairs in room. Sitting on the bed hurt my back. Breakfast was good except only one waffle machine. Everyday there was a long line. Beds not comfortable. Even though we had minor issues i would stay there again once they are done updating rooms.

The hotel is about 8-10 minutes away from O’Hare. The rooms are comfortable and sufficient, a bit aging, and the doors to the closet were missing. Clean and ok for an overnight stay. Staff is not the friendliest, but answered all questions. Shuttle bus free. Uber will deliver. There is a great Greek restaurant at the same location.

Some remodeling going on. Our room was recently done and was nicely done.

Hotel was fine enough. Our room had a terrible smell that stuck on our items. It was in a nice neighborhood though.

The tiny front parking lot is challenging due to a large bus parked in the way of the entry. There was a young man at the front desk who was either impaired or falling asleep. He could not even say hello, and stared blankly in response to simple requests. He should not be customer-facing.
