We were scheduled for a 7-day stay ended up @ 6 days due to the bed causing back issues for myself, even though it was a king pillow top mattress. the room had a Jacuzzi tub which is the reason I decided on it, however the controls are in another room, had to ask where they were, and they are located in the bathroom, which without asking we thought it was a timer for a heat lamp. Overall the room was decent, housekeeping was daily. All staff was great. On two separate occasions and times I asked for the manager during the day, staff always answered without saying the manager he/she was not available “is there anything I can do for you?” Never saw anyone that had a manager title just someone sitting @ the front desk.
Main complaints that I have was that the so-called Continental Breakfast (which is on the 1st floor) was not nowhere near Continental is actually mainly left over breakfast. In the 6 days we were there after our first two days, they ran out of bacon, apple juice, bananas. We were told groceries would not be replenished until the 4th day later (after our 1st two days) and not be ready for breakfast until the 5th day which we would have already left. They have cold hard boiled eggs, we asked how to warm up the eggs, if you don’t ask you would never have known that the microwave is on the 2nd floor. Why not have a microwave in the same room/floor? If you have fixed your other food, then have to go upstairs to another floor to warm up your eggs
