A place to come back to

Stayed before. Easy check in. Room very nice. Ate in restaurant first night. Very good meal however service was a little slow. Near to where we wanted to visit so will use again. Pleasent location in centre of nice village by the pond. There is an outdoor seating area but we didn't use it during our stay.

Great place most of the staff friendly, restaurant was quiet but the young lady made me feel that I was putting her to a great inconvenience to get me a table. Which I wouldn’t except for residents Food was very nice

Been refurbished since we last stayed, good restaurant and the rooms and bathrooms all upgraded. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the Manager on duty even organised a packed lunch for our journey. Nothing was too much trouble

Really nice rooms in a really nice pub, on the village green. If your coming i would book a table at the restaurant in advance as it looked both great but busy. I walked into the village got some supplies from the shop and then dinner at the local Chinese. Reception gave me a plate and cutlery so i could easily eat in my room
