在威尼斯內很方便也很乾淨的飯店，不管步行或是坐船都可以。但預定的房間可能是頂層和木造，除了有點潮濕味～其他都非常好！

Buena ubicación y precio, frío en la habitación
El hotel tiene un montón de habitaciones, y es un poco laberíntico. Está super bien ubicado, cerca de San Marcos, el precio de los más baratos de la zona. En la habitación hacía frío (la calefacción era un aire acondicionado de split, y en el baño no había calefacción de ningún tipo, por lo que el frío era glacial). Un poco de mal gusto el espejo en el techo sobre la cama. Que ojo, hay gustos para todo, pero en un hotel turístico y tal... como que no procede

Hidden treasure
The hotel was clean and helpful. They gave us a tour at no additional charge and even kept our luggage safe for us after we had checked out. The only issue I had was the hairdryer didn't work. Other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay!

A localização deste hotel é o custo benefício são seu ponto forte. É possível fazer vários passeios a pé, e o vaporteto fica há uma quadra de distância o que significa que você pode chegar ao hotel sem intermediários e carregando sua mala. A decoração é charmosa e a história do hotel é bem curiosa. Recomendo!

Nightmare returning home!
We chose this hotel as we stayed here in 2023 and had a decent experience. We enjoyed the majority of our stay this year, 2024 as well but we unfortunately will not book with this hotel again. The day before leaving we scheduled a private water taxi through the hotel as we needed to be at the airport by 4:00am. The front desk confirmed with us twice that the taxi was booked for 3:30am the next day. We went to the lobby at 3:15am and asked the front desk if our taxi would be on time. He spent 20min “looking through the schedule” then told us the hotel forgot to book the taxi. As public transportation was not running at this time it became a huge problem. The gentleman at the front desk was not able to provide us with contact information or resources for public transportation. We had to repeatedly beg for his help as a fiddled around with odd tasks seemingly attempting to ignore the issue. Finally after waiting an hour he contacted a taxi for us. However, it was much too late to make our flight. We then lost all of our connecting flights as well which caused us to pay an additional $1,800 to book new flights which were for a much later time. We asked for the hotel manager to contact us, nearly a week later now we still have not heard from the hotel manager. As I stated, we are extremely disappointed as up until this incident we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Excelente
Duas vezes uma ótima experiência! Estivemos neste hotel há 10 anos e voltamos para encontrar o quarto reformado e tudo muito bom. Porém o que mais nos alegrou foi reencontrar Stefano, um italiano super simpático que falava português e conhecia a cidade em que moramos. Na primeira vez nos recebeu com muita atenção fazendo nos sentirmos acolhidos. Com surpresa descobrimos que ele continua no hotel e nos passou informações de como chegar à noite. Nos reencontramos e sua simpatia e competência novamente tornou agradável a estadia.

No me gustó el trato de la persona que nos recibió fue muy grosero y despota, cambiamos de hotel la siguiente noche, en todos los hoteles cuando reservas la habitación más grande te dan acceso a una 3ra persona con costo adicional, el me ofreció otra habitación la cual pagamos pero dijo que al siguiente día nos teníamos que ir, no lo recomiendo aún que tiene buena ubicación, hay muchos hoteles más que ofrecen un mejor servicio al mismo precio

The hotel is based in an excellent location for exploring the city and is only 50 yards from the water taxi pick up / drop off. The property is clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bar is an added bonus to wind down after a busy day. We would definitely return.

une nuit pour voyage professionnel, très heureux
Sejour professionnel sur Venise. Très agréablement surpris par cet Hotel. J'ai l'habitude de séjourner à Venise au Belmond cipriani, ou Danieli ou le Grand Hotel Monaco ,et j'avoue que la différence de prix ne justifie pas toujours le standing... L'hotel Unahotel Ala Venezia était d'un niveau au delà de mes attentes. J'ai super bien dormi dans la chambre 116. Le service à la réception a été parfait surtout pour réussir à recontacter mon bateau taxi pour me rapporter mon porte-cartes bancaires que j'avais oublié dans un sofa de la reception en attendant mon départ. Je tiens à les remercier pour leur réactivité et pour m'avoir rapporter ce porte-cartes a une centaine de metre l'hotel. Je retournerai très certainement dans cet hotel.

Loved the feel of this hotel and its ambience. Facilities were up to date including the bathroom. The bed and bedding were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also great.

We selected a superior room w/a view. Not much view (canal outside if you stick your head out)and the room was very tiny. Many steps to our room floor and a deep step into the room’s bathroom. Firm pillows and bed. Breakfast (not included for us) was very good. Water and ice machines a plus and a refreshing lemon ginger water always avail. Location was great! Easy to find off the Giglio stop from the ferry down a narrow passageway, close to everything. Enjoyed our stay.
