From the minute, I got here it was nothing but horrific experience. I used my Hilton rewards app to access my room. The room did not have AC. I tried calling the front desk and nobody was answering. I spoke to the room attendant in the hall and she said AC has been down for three days so I went back down to get another room also because the room I had was not an accessible room with a handheld shower which was necessary so they moved me to a new room after I stood in line for 10 minutes as he assisted other people with their problems. There were two people at the front desk, but the one didn’t seem to know what was going on. I got my new room. The AC was still not working in that room. The bathroom was also not accessible so I complained again. They sent an engineer up and told me I had to move again. Still no air conditioner the bathroom was correct but now there was no refrigerator in the room and there was a wad of gum on the floor next to the desk. Every time I had a situation, I tried to reach out, and there was no answer. When I contacted the hotel, asking them about their airport shuttle I was told just stand there and I would get picked up. But the first time it went by. It just drove right by me. I called the hotel and there was no answer. In Miami officer assisted in flagging down the driver the next time they came around so I ended up standing there for over 45 minutes waiting for a shittle

A little annoyed
First, we stood in line for over 30 minutes with only the 1 guest ahead of me. Not sure of the issue but waiting that long was ridiculous when it was almost midnight and I needed to get sleep to get to the port the following day. Not to mention it must of been prom or a dance when the kids were exiting they were so loud and noisy. The room we thought was fine until the toilet wouldn't stop making sounds. We hadn't used the toilet. After speaking to management we were moved to another room. I was greatful but that meant I didn't get to sleep until after 12:30am. The second room was quiet. I did ask for extra cookies when at the front desk since I had to wait so long and the girl seemed irritated that I even asked her that.

It was semi clean. The restroom had leftover used bar soap in the shower and hair in the shower. The room did not cool off enough. Also there was a mildew smell in the room.

Terrible place to stay.
I never write reviews but this one needs it.
For me a bad experience can be carried by good staff but when they both lack here we go.
Jacuzzi broken, coffee machine at lobby diner broken, door locks on room broke a few times and had to replace keys or get someone to open my room.
Staff at front desk were terribly rude. Snarky and unprofessional. House keeping didn’t speak English at all.
Took over 5 calls and 45 minutes to get someone to bring a pillow to the room.
Overall save yourself the money and go elsewhere do not stay here.
