Bed and pillows were very comfy, the room was spectacular with views to see. The cookies are amazing. Great service and meets expectations on our needs that needed to be met for check out. Overall a great experience, I highly suggest this hotel for anyone who is traveling and wants a nice place to rest their head and relax.

Started badly with a wait at reception to check in 1 staff member 3 people in front and 20min later. 3.30pm room not ready so we were “upgraded” god forbid if we were in the original room. Would have used Hilton app and digital key.. not working ! So room door has a 1/2 in gap when closed, thought the door was open? Bathroom hair on floor, stained and peeling ceiling, no soap, containers not even in wall, just glue marks where they are supposed to be. Hot water at sink is a dribble, great for shaving !! Requested soap after another 20min wait in line at reception, nothing, had to take it off cleaners cart. Request room cleaned - not, said they don’t clean today! Digital checkout not working so another wait! Terrible hotel worst Hilton ever, would not eat there purposely went elsewhere. Shocking for a 600+ night hotel, Hilton you can do better!

The room was dark and dreary. Looks like they tried to renovate but on a budget. The bathroom was dark, dreary and outdated. Did not seem clean at all. I did not want to walk barefoot. Stayed for 2 nights and room service did not clean the room for some reason. I do not recommend this hotel.

The check-in process was easy and efficient. The hotel room was nice and clean. The only thing I had an issue with was the parking fee. I was not informed about the fee during check-in. I found out from a friend that was also staying there about it. I did call and they Removed it from my charges. People need to be informed

Requested early check in for bride and groom. Tried calling hotel multiple time’s never spoke to anyone…nobody picked up ever!! Had to go in person 3 times and check on status. Day of check in woman at desk not helpful. Didn’t try to accommodate any request and didn’t really seem to care about trying. Very disappointed that the bride could but her ready in the room.

It was good, but the lady checking everyone in was by herself. 2 people called out and the check in on the app wasn’t working. Took over 40 minutes to get checked in. This was at 4pm.

At check-in the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. The hotel is run down and the only good thing I can say about the hotel is the location. The humidity in the rooms is horrible and everything felt damp. I wore socks because the carpet felt so dirty and didn't feel like it had been vacuumed.

Stayed for one night. First thing we saw was old caulking peeling from the bathroom backsplash. A baby wipe cleaned up 90% of it (something the cleaners could have done?)... Not a big deal, but a minor detail. We saw two cockroaches. Killed one, but the second got away... Our room was at the end of the hall by the ice maker and we could hear the water running through the wall and clunking every few seconds all night. There was an hour period between 1 and 2 AM where it sounded like a party in the hall, but i understand that is just disrespectful people, not the hotel's fault. All in all, we didn't get much sleep at all. Brought this all up to the service desk when we checked out and she said we had to take it up with Hotels.com since we booked through a third party. She said she'd let the manager know, but we haven’t heard anything yet. We won't be going back.

We pre checked and chose a room, they changed it on arrival. Original room was no longer available. The front desk told me there was no manager available because they went home early. He was the only one available to help me with multiple check in problems. There was no coffee in the am except at the hotel Resturant, and of course there was a charge of $2 for each one. The only pleasant experience was upon arrival the valet was extremely helpful in helping us unload and figure out parking for the one night we would be there.
