This is OK for when I stay the area we were staying here is like it was a spooky street but overall when you got into the hotel, it wasn’t that bad. The Customer Service people are very nice and I like that. They were very informative about your state and what was gonna happen they told us about breakfast and things like that my dear have the opportunity to have breakfast in the next day. It was OK for hotel food, even though my stomach sick from it, but it just might be something I’m going through but overall stay wasn’t that bad

We arrived fairly late and was super tired as we had to catch the first flight out the next morning. We knew the hotel was being renovated, but it stated not until mid-January on the website. Our room had ripped curtains, a tub with rusted drain and bugs in the bed! My daughter and I were so disgusted that we couldn't sleep. They did offer to see if another room was available, but there was no point when we had to leave 2 hours later. I'm still waiting for the hotel manager to reach out to me to resolve the issue.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the place is quite outdated. The shower pressure was the best part, but the hole in the wall was quite large and you could move the entire shower head and pipe back and forth when trying to adjust it. Many spots in the bathroom needed to be redone for mold/bulging paint as well as one side of the wall near the bed opposite the shower.
