Would not recommend.

The hot tub in the room was exceedingly slippery, too dangerous to enjoy. During a shower, we kept running out of hot water numorous times, making the shower very unpleasant. The water in the shower felt soapy. Could not drink the water, it tasted very sulphury and soapy, it also smelled like sulphur. The pool and outside hot tub were filthy. We found several mouse/rat turds on the table and and on the floor, and we never ate anything in the room. Comment section will not let me add the photos I took of the mouse/rat turds.

Very Disappointing

The room and bathroom was not clean. The sheets were stained and full of holes. The room was unsuitable so we did not stay.

Liked nothing, the service was horrible and the immigrants running thd place had the nerve to discriminate against me because I complained about the roaches and the dust and the garbage piled up by/ under the steps to go to the 2nd floor. Roaches scattered when the lights came on. Half of the light bulbs were burnt out and the headboard just fell off the wall. Yet I was spoken to in a very disrespectful manner.

The front desk stated this a smoking room, but the policy says i will be charged $350 for smoking in room. Is this a scam, please contact properly to see what the policy is, they m ay be scamming people. I called front desk hung up on me.

FF&E of the 1980 particle board vintage - unacceptable for a National Flagged Property. The rooms have not seen a fresh coat of paint in 20 yrs. Plumbing fixtures leak, dirty and dated. A complete makeover is essential for future patronage. Nice 15" TV -- consistent with the minimalist approach to operating this property

Do not book this hotel. The room we were in had a broken shower and toilet. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Overall cleanliness was non existent.

The room is not as shown as advertised in the pictures , it’s very outdated and old . The bed was very uncomfortable, mine and my husbands back were sore after sleeping on it . It has a metal table underneath the mattress and when you move it’s very loud . The room was very clean except for the floors our feet were black after walking on them . We had a problem the second night with the room above us at 3 am somebody was screaming help and banging on the door they were loaded drunk . They were banging for over an hour . The staff are amazing they do go above and beyond anything you need they will get it for you or help you with anything you may need , very friendly . For the price and if I’m in a crunch I would stay again . Everything worked in the room . Aka tv and fridge and microwave . The room just needs a little more cleaning and some new furniture.
