Ideal location, close to all the centre of Città Alta. Good facilities with access to shared fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Lovely host who replied very promptly and helpfully to all our questions. Good access to public transport. We had a great stay in Città Alta everyone was very friendly. It is a beautiful place to visit with a fascinating history and fabulous views. One of our most relaxing holidays.

Lovely hotel great location

Lovely hotel in central location in the old town of Sirmione. We arrived by car and prior to our stay were provided with a parking permit for the duration which was around a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Room was clean and beds comfortable would definatly stay here again

Perfect place to begin our trip in northern Italy

The Citta Alta in Bergamo was a tricky place to navigate in a car, and we had difficulty finding the hotel. We were kindly rescued by the Manager, Patrizia, who asked what we were near, and walked to find us, and directed us to a parking garage and the hotel. She and Christina were valuable resources. Our room was spacious and clean and the hotel location was perfect for exploring the Citta Alta.

Leiligheten har en upåklagelig sentral beliggenhet rett ved Funicolare til Citta Bassa og er utstyrt med det meste man kan ha behov for. Likevel er det er litt for mye som ikke fungerer for at det blir en veldig behagelig opplevelse (mange lamper som ikke fungerer, stikkontakter som ikke virker, og dører som klemmer slik at jeg ikke klarte å komme meg ut av badet uten hjelp uten ifra). Man må også belage seg på en del støy uten ifra, da det bl.a. ligger en restaurant med uteservering rett under leiligheten.

Wonderful location and super-friendly staff

The place is in the middle of the old town, which is a perfect location. I also have to appreciate the super-friendly owner/provider who helped me accommodate and explained everything. My bathroom was not within my room, but the bathroom was private (just for my room), so no big deal. The place can also be a bit noisy, but that is the tax for being in the centre of the old town.

Nydelig!

En mellomlanding førte til at vi hadde en sen kveld og en formiddag på å utforske bergamo. Vi valgte hotellet utifra lokasjonen midt i gamlebyen og vi er så glad for den avgjørelsen! Vi fikk oppleve bergamo! Autentiske restauranter rett utenfor der vi fikk servert nydelig pasta og rødvin på kvelden. Morgen etter fant vi sjarmerende bakeri med ekte italiensk frokost. Vi ruslet gjennom middelalderen. Fantastisk. Bussen tilbake til flyplassen tok ca 30 minutter, vi fikk oppleve Italia med en liten mellomlanding. Fantastisk! Vi velger definitivt samme hotel ved neste besøk.

Right in the middle of everything in Bergamo

The host of the apartment - Paola - was above and beyond helping with parking, check in and unloading our bags. The apartment itself is in good shape and has everything one could wish for a share stay. The only issue for us was the fact that it’s on two levels and we had an 85 year old with us and staircase was not easy for her. Other than that - perfect stay.
