We have stayed at this hotel several times. We love that it is very pet friendly, staff is accommodating, deluxe rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, convenient location. Never disappointed during any of our stays.

We enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the pool area… pro tip… get pool towels at the front and the towels are small. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. We stayed 3 nights. Outback is in walking distance but we did not dine there.

Good stay overall. Will stay there again without hesitation but there are pros and cons.
Pros
Next to Walmart (3minutes walk)
Shampoo and shower gel dispenser instead of the little bottle (reducing plastic waste)
Breakfast is pretty good, paper plate but plastic utensils.
Cons
Bedroom layout does not really make sense. Fridge and microwave are next to the bathroom door instead of by the cough area.
Shower head put out little water, take a long time to get my hair shampoo washed out.

NEVER AGAIN
Check in service and manager was very rude and unprofessional. Charles at check in would not allow me to pay at the property with a different credit card. He said I had to use the card that was on file. I told him that card was no good at the time and had to pay with my other credit card. He said I had to call
Hotels.com and change it through them because he could not do it. He canceled the hotels.com and made me pay full price of $245 instead of $153 through hotels.com
Jessica the manager on site was very rude when I told her about the situation of the late check in incident and did said she couldn't do anything about it. Also there was No HOT WATER to take a shower that morning. Maintenance was very sorry for the problem but he said the water heater wasn't working. Needless to say I always have trouble with La Quinta when using hotels.com.
