Breakfast was awful. The cooked food was nearly inedible, even for hotel breakfast. Room was not ready at check-in time. Hotel was barely accommodating with late check-in. The hotel was clean and comfortable though and there was an electric car charger, which was great. Would not stay here again.

Thermostat Issue and Poor Service

We’ve stayed at several Home2 Suites before, but this was our first disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we found that the room thermostat wasn’t working. We immediately called the front desk but were told there was no maintenance available until 7 AM. It was hot overnight, and we had to remove our toddler’s clothes because he was sweating so much. The next morning, breakfast options were very limited—mostly bread, eggs, and what tasted like cardboard bacon. I followed up again about the thermostat and was told maintenance was still unavailable. Before leaving at 10:30 AM, I reminded the receptionist that we had a cat in the room and asked that they not leave the door open during repairs. Later, I received an email saying the issue couldn’t be fixed because our cat wasn’t in a cage. I called to explain that we were already out and couldn’t return just to cage the cat. The thermostat issue was not our fault, and the hotel should have offered a room change when we first reported it. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing compared to our previous stays.

mooie kamers en badkamers. voldoende ontbijt. Gezien dezeer dichte ligging van het hotel dichtbij het treinstation Bramalea, is het een aanrader om, indien je een bezoek wil brengen aan Toronto Downtown, de trein te nemen. (Groeps)-tickets kan je online vinden. Je vermijdt op die manier het toch wel zeer drukke verkeer van Toronto en komt aan in Union Station, vlakbij bij downtwon. Hotel is zeker een aanrader.

Avoid this hotel.

This hotel is located in a terrible suburb of Toronto. Really really dirty everywhere around the hotel. Motel 6 two or three businesses away that is no longer a Motel 6 - but they just covered the signs up? And now there are homeless people living (in?) and definitely around it. You cannot get into any door of this building except the main entrance. Several exits, but the two side doors do not allow entry into the building. Stairwells are only accessible as exits also. Had to walk into the attached hotel to get access to a hallway to get up the stairs. The door that was available to access the stairwells from this hotel had a key pad that our keys did not work to open. SO much time spent walking around the whole hotel to get back to our room. We had to have multiple people take our dogs out because we needed someone to hold the door for us so we could easily get back in. Hotel housekeeping was REALLY rude. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and never encountered someone as rude as the housekeeper was on our floor. We stayed for a week, and had to beg for toilet paper, trash bags, and things every day. Hotel will not give you coins to do laundry either, it was like pulling teeth to get the money we needed to do our laundry. On the upside, the machines actually worked well once you were able to use them. And the homeless people that were all around were actually the most friendly people we met the entire time we were in Brampton.

I have to wait 1 hour for check in and the next morning 9’0 clock a lady knock on my door and then try to open it . When we were sleeping like “no privacy”. Just to ask when you are checking out.

Our new car was stolen from the hotel car park. The hotel cooperated with the police to provide video footage of the incident. However, for a hotel of Hilton’s caliber in Brampton, one would expect stronger security measures, such as gated access or regular security patrols, to help prevent such occurrences.
