阿布扎比是休闲的好去处。这家希尔顿酒店的一切都很好。有私人海滩，离王宫不远，服务尤其好。唯一不足是周围比较安静，没有什么商业设施，一切都只能在酒店里解决，逛街不方便。

dried poop around toilet equals 2-star hotel
When I got to the room, the air conditioning was set to 16 degrees - and it was 16 degrees in the room. After room-service/cleaning the staff insist on leaving the room at 16 degrees each time. This is too cold for anybody surely - it wasn't even hot when I visited, with max temp around 21 degrees. The breakfast was very basic, though expensive and the room was not clean - see attached photographs of dried toilet poop assumed to be accumulated from many previous guests. How can you rate yourself as a 5-star hotel when standards and common sense are this low? The private beach is across the street, and theres a convenient underpass to get to it. Theres lots of facilities and things to do, though the beach area is quite small. The jacuzzi was broken on the day I wanted to use it. Location is okay - and like most places in abu-dhabi you'll need a car to get anywhere. There is a nice short walk to a posh supermarket, and a slightly longer walk to a regular supermarket. The reception staff are nice and helpful though, pity about the rest of it.

For Louvre + Radisson, the trip was worth it.
We arrived early and were given a room with an upgrade, a partial sea view. It was for a disabled person (and we were advised as such) so the shower was poorly designed, with no real draining on the floor. I don't know how a challenged person would be safe on it... but we used our towels to mop up the excess water that wouldn't have drained. The staff is quite helpful. Liked being right across the street from the Corniche. Though there was full capacity, the hotel was basically quiet. The breakfast was quite nice. The Hotel had a facility with gym and beach across the street, for a fee. Didn't use it but saw it. Had we been there longer than a night, we would have.

Poor condition of rooms, no heating even in winter
I got sick due to the room being too cold. I asked reception about this and they said the engineer would come up, which he did, bur just said ‘no heating no heating’ to whatever I tried to explain to him. The floorboards were uneven by the door and bathroom, which led to an accident or two. Breakfast was fine. Definitely not a five-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination

Indigne d'un 4 étoiles !
Séjour dans l'ensemble très décevant. Les aménagements de l'hôtel sont de médiocre qualité pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. La chambre est très petite et sombre. Le rideau était cassé ainsi que le bidet bloqué. Le service est lacunaire. Nous étions 3 dans la chambre tous les jours jai dû réclamer une 3ème serviette. La salle du petit déjeuner est bondée et bruyante il faut se battre pour trouver une table, la nourriture est peu ragoûtante avec un choix limité et par souci d'économies, la qualité des produits proposés laisse à désirer. Les serveurs sont rapidement dépassés. On doit faire la queue pour avoir un café et de l'eau. Totalement inacceptable.

La camera è risultata piccola per tre persone. Ci hanno detto che quella era la misura della Superior da noi scelta in fase di prenotazione. Non sono stato soddisfatto completamente del soggiorno per questa situazione.. per il resto la struttura è dotata di spiaggia privata e piscine per bambini ed adulti e questo ha reso il soggiorno piu' piacevole.. il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma spesso mancava l'acqua in camera e bisognava chiederla ogni giorno( un hotel a 5stelle non può tralasciare nessun dettaglio) e anche gli asciugamani non erano sempre per tre( c'erano comunque gli accappatoi). Avevamo la mezza pensione e devo dire che il buffet era ricco e variabile, ma anche qui il servizio a tavola( era solo per portare da bere) risultava lento e poi non lasciavano la bottiglia a tavola per cui ogni volta che il bicchiere si svuotava era un problema!! Nel complesso comunque il giudizio e' positivo ma a mio avviso il servizio non è da 5 stelle..

Helpful staff, good housekeeping. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The only thing we didn’t like were some of the clientele - they were rude and disrespectful to us and to staff. There was no particular incident but many jumped the queue for food and rarely thanked staff.

Schönes Hotel und Strand Anlage
Alles war sehr Gut Zimmer-gross ,und renoviert , sc Beim Früstuck grosses Asuwahl , sehr modernes Gum gross und zahlreiche neue Gerette .

Esperienza fantastica sia dal punto di vista logistico che dal punto di vista della struttura Pulita , confortevole, nuova e con un personale sempre gentile e a disposizione Consigliatissimo per famiglie soprattutto per la spiaggia attrezzata davanti all’hotel con piscine per bambini, adulti, spa, palestra e tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi

This hotel was amazing, very clean large rooms, nice view, really helpful staff, amazing beach and water facilities, loads of place to eat on the each, overall great holiday :)

Fully recommended
The hotel is excellent - great location, great views to the famous Rixos Marina Hotel, clean, super comfortable...the breakfast was also roch in variety and tasty. Beach is nice and there are a lot of activities for guests. What was adding an extra touch is that personnel seemed genuinely happy and cheerful - it was a true pleasure to interact with all of them.
