Apartment was very very clean and comfortable. The best we slept in days since we arrived in Portugal. We had nice comfy sheets, kitchen essentials, coffee, towels. The check in communication was perfect. Location was in the center of everything, we were able to walk around to every attraction in the area. There was some homeless population in that area as the apartment building is near a bridge. But the place is safe and the building is secure. We had a nice and pleasant stay.

The location is very good near Trindade Metro Station and by walking distance we can reach the most popular area of Porto. The flat is very clean and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have a wonderful time of staying in this Trindade Modern Flat defentily we will come back.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. During that time, there was no cleaning on the hotel side. There was no change of towels either. Also, the location of the hotel displayed on expedia and the location indicated by the address were misaligned. So I had to confirm the exact location of the hotel and had to email back and forth several times. If there is no front desk and people do not correspond at the time of check-in, I would like you to be careful about that. There were several insects in the room when I checked in. It would be helpful if you could clean the room before check-in. There are powerful laundromats, delicious kebab shops and places to buy groceries in the surrounding area, which is convenient. The station with all the lines is also close, so it is convenient to move around.

Was such a nice, comfortable, and clean flat! A slight walk to the downtown area, but we like that it gave us an chance to get some excercies. Nerea, was fantastic to work with!
