This is an old property which had recently been painted and new linoleum so there was a definite smell. We were short on washcloths but they gave us more bath towels and one more washcloth. In the end, I was missing a small tablecloth for preparing our food.

Worst choice ever

Ataff was friendly but i arrived around 8 and had booked a handicap room and the room given was no where nesr it, in gact was on a hill and huge step up to get to my room. 1 pillow each bed and they were flar as a pancake. Thank God i bring one. Comfort level was a 2. I wpuld not reccomend this place to a dog.

This was by far the nastiest hotel that I have stayed in. No part of it was clean . I had hair in my bed , assuming from previous guests. The room was very outdated , toilet was broken , mold on the walls , drywall pairs not finished , towels were dirty , grout was black ....I guess it's true , you pay for what you get ...DON'T STAY HERE

The beds were nice and comfortable. A lot of tv program options. The furniture looked new except for one chair had stains on it. The smoke alarm was detached and disconnected. The bath tub was dirty and gross looking (maybe stained too?). The toilet had a different sized topper on it that didn't fit it right. The continental breakfast only had chewy bars, packaged muffins and packaged pastries with coffee and orange juice. The beds were at least comfortable and clean though.

I booked this room at around 12-1 am b/c i was travelling and needed somewhere to pull over and sleep. Paid for the room, got there 30 minutes later only to be told i couldnt get it b/c check in was at 3pm. Had to rebook a whole room, pay full price and lost money paid for original room. I do a lot of traveling and always book rooms late at night and NEVER had to deal with this. Very inconvenient! Also, with the time i booked there was no way to book for the day before. My ONLY option was to book for the days i booked.

Okay for the price

If you understand you are paying a low price for an okay room, it is fine. A couple things did not work right when we arrived, but they did take care of them immediately and the rest of the week was fine. The employees were very friendly and nice to talk with. The A/C filters had not been cleaned in quite a while, but they did clean them as soon as I brought it to their attention. Breakfast was provided in the lobby. It was convenient and consistent each day. If you want something different each day, Cracker Barrel is right across the street. Internet and TV worked fine the entire week I worked from the room. We have stayed at a dozen different places in Cleveland over the years. There are nicer places for a bit more money, but again, if you just need a decent place to stay for a fair price, Days Inn is fine.
