Awful, no heat and no breakfast
The heat in our room did not work properly. I complained. They said they fixed it and it wasnt fixed. I complained the day after.my stay and still have not received a response. The breakfast also ran out almost an hour before the end listing time and we were told brealfast is not guaranteed.

This is, by far, the best hotel we've stayed in on our Fall travels. Easy access from I65, walkable to a couple fast food places. Room was great with plenty of hooks (it's a thing!??!). Staff was pleasant and kept the breakfast area clean and supplied. Nice job, Fairfield Inn, Franklin!

Definitely staying here again.
Very clean hotel and a friendly attentive staff. The only mirrors are in the bathroom which makes it hard for more than one person to get ready. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
