My stay was for five nights and was excellent from start to finish. I had a late check-in (around midnight) but had e-mailed ahead to advise of delayed flight and was greeted by name upon arrival. I had a deluxe king room which was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Had no problems at all during my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time I’m in St Louis.

we were not allowed to check in until close to 5pm because the room wasn’t clean. They stated the previous person checked out super late. First attempt to check in we were told 40 minutes and when we returned we were told another 40 minutes. when we got to our suite there was a used coffee cup, garbage in the garbage cans, toilet paper not on the holder, a womans watch band on the floor, surface of tables not wiped down, and no bedding for the pull out sofa. A maid walked in our room around 10:30 the following morning and check out was not until noon. we requested to check out 12:30-1:00 and were declined.

Our grandson had a baseball tournament that we came for. Booked the room online and had no trouble checking in. It was a very nice hotel with great sevice
