Never again. The AC would not even cool off the room below 80°. It was so hot in that room it would have been cooler to open the door in June Texas weather. Bathroom vent was crusted in dust. The overall cleanliness of the room was good but just rundown and not taken care of. They have just given up at this point. Bed was clean and made. Came with two bath towels that were clean. Tv remote did not work at all. Holes in the floor. Don’t stay in 115.

The purpose of my stay was leisure & meeting up with family. Being a frequent traveler l try to be frugal which has me staying in some of the less expensive motels. I used to always check the reviews first and go from there and quickly found the flaw in that approach realizing people seem to write a indepth negative review slamming a owner, manager or property quicker than a positive one this has made me a true believer to give a honest review either way. Upon arrival I saw there is a lobby area with a couch and some comfy chairs it was quiet and peaceful nice place to sit and read. Check in was smooth The facilities were dated and could use an update which in a perfect world and in a better economy I'm convinced this property's owner would do. Everything appeared clean and orderly. The bed linens & towels were freshly laundered. The hospitality staff were very attentive and friendly. Located in a partial industrial area concerned me at first although there was little noise and we did not experience any disturbances. The pool area has a great picnicking deck with grills, tables and plenty of seating If you and your family are pool lovers like us then you're in for a treat. As far as security concerns the parking and facility were fenced with adequate parking for all the guests. I did not see any transients or loitering in parking areas. Pest control must be well maintained we did not see any signs of a insect or rodent presence. All in all it was a pleasant stay we will def

All of the staff were very nice and helpful. It was raining hard and there were two leaks in the ceiling, and when I called the front desk they immediately sent maintenance to check the room. He brought a key to another room with him, and helped us move our bags to the next room. The beds are hard, not just firm...hard. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing - two kinds of cereal and toast. The orange juice was empty and the only juice option was apple.

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación que no servían las luces, olía a moho y el baño estaba sucio como si nunca lo hubiesen limpiado. Pedimos un cambio de habitación y esta estaba en mejor condición, sin embargo la limpieza seguía faltando. El innodoro, la tina y el lavamanos manchados, sucios. Al bañarnos se salía el agua por una esquina de la bañera y el innodoro estaba flojo. Parece que no le dan mantenimiento apropiado a las habitaciones. Ojalá las habitaciones no estuvieran en mal estado porque la locación del hotel es perfecta, cerca del downtown (Álamo, San Antonio zoo, Tower of the Americas, etc) y del Frost Bank center. Tenía un walmart y distintos restaurantes a minutos de distancia en auto. También es conveniente el que esté cerca del aeropuerto. Está bien para un par de noches si no les molesta lo de la suciedad del baño. Con respecto a los administradores: los jóvenes eran amables, el señor fue un poco malencarado al atendernos cuando pedimos el cambio de habitación.
