We Came and Saw Hobi

All of the staff were very nice and helpful. It was raining hard and there were two leaks in the ceiling, and when I called the front desk they immediately sent maintenance to check the room. He brought a key to another room with him, and helped us move our bags to the next room. The beds are hard, not just firm...hard. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing - two kinds of cereal and toast. The orange juice was empty and the only juice option was apple.

O hotel não tinha café da manhã como anunciado e estava com condições de limpeza ruins no lado de fora das acomodações. O quarto era amplo, com cama ampla, mas faltava manutenção.

Filthy and did not offer what was advertised

Advertised breakfast and there was none, shower and bathroom were very filthy with large stains everywhere, the exterior door jam was so beat up that it was difficult to get in or out, the mini fridge incessantly made noise but we needed it for our food and could not unplug it, and I still have not recieved my deposit back.

Upon our arrival, the property appeared neglected. Once we entered the room, we noticed burn marks all over. The door latch had been forcibly damaged. The light switches were malfunctioning. The bathroom door was also damaged, the walls were punctured, the drawers were unusable, and there was a terrible odor. We decided to leave and reserve another hotel! Avoid this place at all costs!

Heater in the room was not working. Gave us another room and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Phones are oudated and not working in both rooms.

Not great but good price

Check in was fine, room is old and dingey. Sheets and comforters seemed clean and in good condition. Toilet had issues and did not want to fill after flushing. Room was ok for me being alone and spending most of my day at the convention center, but would never bring my wife and daughter to stay there. Needs updates. Price was the best thing about the room.

Pretty rough.

This place is run down and has quick fixes all over it. The door safety latch mechanism was broken or maybe it was the door..You literally had to put your weight against it to latch it. The door would barely close at all. The bathroom door looked as if it had been kicked in. The toilet rocked bad. The toilet paper holder was messed up and Everytime you pulled the toilet paper the roll would fall off. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging. Whoever painted the room obviously didn't know how to tape fixtures off, excess paint on every fixture. The bed were hard but appeared clean. But the main thing is knowing the area it was hard to sleep with the door messed up for fear of someone breaking and entering. Will not stay here again. And they want $50 deposit and will go check the room before returning

Si tu estancia es de pocas noches o no planeas estar tanto tiempo en el hotel es el lugar ideal por el precio pero no esperes mucho, es un hotel viejo. No se siente muy limpio, tiene muebles quebrados, el baño muy descuidado y así. Esta justo en una avenida grande y no tiene nada al rededor para salir a caminar o conocer, pero está de rápido acceso. Tiene sus pros y contras, la verdad por el precio está pasable, ya dependiendo de tus preferencias.
