Zero security for the visitors. Not a good place if you’re looking for security.

This is an absolute Sharm. Customer service is zero. You ask them for the slightest of thing. They show attitude and rudeness. They hardly honor or listen to guests. The room is completely terrible. Too tidy, dirty and inhibitable. To take a shower was a struggle. They wouldn’t leave any supplies- towel, soap, toilet tissues until you ask them for it. The environment generally is horrible. It is dirty. It is a complete rip off. The hotel online pictures and descriptions are just too misleading. I hardly leave review even when I am so piss off, but I can’t just take a pass on this one. I felt like I paid for a service not rendered. Too bad

Nice facility and clean environment but i was disappointed with the size of the room. It's too tight and nothing close to advertised space. What they call "Executive Suite" can only pass for a standard room, so don't be deceived by the big name. No closet, no sitting space for visitors. The rooms and toilets are clean though.
