Os quartos são muito bons, o problems que vejo é como chegar neles, a disposição é muito estranha. Você pega um elevador no terreo que dá dentro do restaurante, então com sua mala atravessa ele para sair para um caminho que dá volta em um vão, com escadas inclusive para depois ter acesso ao corredor do seu quarto. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar pelo preço da diária. O estacionamento é bom. O atendimento também foi bom.

Limpeza muito acima da média (principalmente do banheiro) e atendimento cordial. Quarto confortável e com boa manutenção. Bom café-da-manhã; os bolos decepcionaram um pouco. Li algumas avaliações criticando a acústica, porém, como o hotel estava relativamente vazio e os quartos próximos ao meu estavam desocupados, não tenho parâmetros para avaliar. Apesar de não ter utilizado a piscina, a área pareceu bastante convidativa. Se retornar à Itapira, o Ferian será minha escolha de hospedagem.

Estadia razoavel. Quarto amplo e confortavel porem sem qualquer isolamento acustico . Ouvia -se conversas ,tv , uso de chuveiro ou descarga dos apartamentos vizinhos a ponto de atrapalhar sono e descanso . Alguns funcionarios da recepcao pouco atenciosos. Cafe da manhã bom . Limpeza excelente .
