Manager attempted to come in my room while naked 3 hours before checkout. My first room would not lock gaps under door broken light fixtures in room and and unknown splatter dried to pictures and wall. My new room was ok so I thought but with dirty sheets (which I changed) and a used condom stopping up the shower.

The tubs were dirty. They needed scrubbing The carpets needed a good vacuuming. I wasn’t comfortable walking without shoes as I wasn’t sure if the dark carpet was even dirtier than it appeared. The door jams, though painted showed past breakage and locks were insufficient. I questioned the security of the room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets appeared and smelled clean but I still questioned it. Hand towels were dingy. Although we reserved for two nights, we left after the first. We came very late and had no options the first night but were not going to push our luck a second night. I thought l saw a 3 star on your web site but I must have been looking at some place else. Locals gave the hotel a poor opinion and I must agree. A place does not have to be new but it must be clean and guest should not feel uncomfortable.

This hotel first gave us a room that had moldy ceilings and then moved us to a “non-smoking” room that had cigarette burned sheets, roaches and a gap in the doorframe (leading to the parking lot) big enough to see daylight through and let all the smoke from other guests into the room. The bathroom is the size of a closet, good luck trying to get in and close the door to go potty! I have health concerns (asthma and bronchitis) that hindered me from staying my full three night stay. HOWEVER!!! The staff was very understanding and gave us a refund for the unused nights. They were courteous and tried their best with the few resources they were provided.

The bathroom was HORRIBLE. Black rings in tub, room so small you had to walk in almost in the tub to shut the door. A tall (6' plus) would have hit their knees on the wall Small. The lighting in the water closet and vanity are was awful.

The front desk person had zero knowledge. She was rude and unhelpful.The room was disgusting. No sheets for the foldout. This was worse than an Econo Lodge. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels. This was one of the worst ever!

My uncles key card on his room wouldn't work. The lady at the desk just kept telling him he was doing it wrong. After over 30 minutes she finally walked over to the room and said oh it doesn't work not sure why. Wouldn't even offer him anything. And when I checked out early they charged me more money cuz I was leaving early

The room stank of smoke and the sheets had holes in them. The holes looked about the right size for cigarette burns. The pull out couch matress was moldy. There were toenails and other trash on the floor behind the couch.

I was mortified that I had booked a room at this hotel, there was blood splattered on the ceiling, cockroaches in the room, and the staff was less than willing to help resolve this issue when I made contact with them. I have booke clients rooms with comfort suites multiple times in other locations and have never experienced this.
