Restaurant inside is phenomenal! Breakfast staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Room was clean, but did have a slight smell when entered. Turned ac on and the smell went away. Wish there were posted hours for the pool as I like to swim late when little to no people are there. Overall was a good stay.

Overall amazing, needs some better remodeling tho

Everything was clean and the rooms are pretty updated. There is some really nice features and nice areas of the hotel but there’s also some more areas that are maybe a little older and look like they had a really cheap remodel that wasn’t done very well. However, for the price and all of the accommodations that this place offers, I think it’s totally worth it. For what you’re spending you definitely get your moneys worth here! There was a little damage to the ceiling in the pool room, which is a little gross to look at, but other than that, it wasn’t really too bad. The weight room is very small and it doesn’t offer a lot of weight options, but it does have handheld weights and two walking/cycling machine things. The restaurant and bar was very delicious and had amazing options. I also will say that I was impressed by the size of the room, but not impressed by the size of the bathroom lol. The bathroom was a little small for my taste. I did love the big giant window that I could see the sunset out of though.
These pictures are, of course after we had already been in the room and move things around.

The hotel was just odd. It was massive and seemed to have a bunch of random half-baked renovations and areas that seemed in serious need of renovations. The low price leaves me feeling like a "got what I paid for" relative to the price/quality of other recent hotel stays I have had. Our experience was definitely not bad, but the place was sort of a "lipstick on a pig" hotel. It definitely needs some TLC and more careful planning for future improvements.

I was booked in the wrong city, not my fault. Went to hotel and they claimed they only serviced the homeless at this hotel. Now, Expedia doesn’t want to refund me.

Nice family stay

Hotel had a strange smell not sure what it was, they were renovating a little so maybe that’s why. Some parts of the hallways were being redone. Pool was on the third floor which was interesting! Pool wasn’t overcrowded which was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

You need a GPS and a good map to navigate around and find your room :) the place is huge and it’s a maze. We had an inside room, no outside window. The room is outdated but clean, staff is friendly and helpful, full hot breakfast and a very nice restaurant on premises; just what we needed for a stop on the road trip.

Overall it was a great weekend to be at the NRCTPA World Championships. My only complaint was i booked an executive suite with a king bed and got one with 2 twin beds. In all honesty though it wasn't really a big deal as long as i had room for the event all weekend long. Looking forward to coming back in march for spring nationals.

NO JUCUZZI SUITES

They have no Jacuzzis in rooms like hotels .com advertise. I was super disappointed after driving fir 10 hrs with a sore back. They need to update the website its been over a year that they have been removed

Nice restful 2 nights

The lady at the front desk was so nice and cheerful and I felt welcome from the get go! There was a large wedding reception going on and so she put us in a room away from the noise and we didn’t hear a thing! This kind of service is hard to find anymore since the whole Covid, flatten the curve lie! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows which we like. There were a few things that could be updated but for the price I felt like it was a bargain. Our room was clean and so was the bathroom. The restaurant out front (Winn’s) was fabulous and the continental breakfast was average at best.

4/10 Fair

I should have listened to reviews and not booked here. I had a terrible check-in experience that started when I walked in and there was music blasting and people cheering from what I assume is a bar and said “Wow, it’s really noisy in here” and he immediately rudely told me it wasn’t. Then he made an offhand comment that “everyone wants a King room, but you can’t have one.” I had booked and paid for a King and thought he was kidding, until I got to the room and saw it was a double. I asked for a luggage cart as I was traveling back from Christmas halfway across the country and had a lot of luggage filled with presents and clothing. He told me my room “wasn’t conducive to a luggage cart” and that I would have to just take what I need and leave the rest in my car. I’m sure if my car had been broken into and thousands of dollars of items stolen, I would have been told it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility. When I left for my room, I realized there was no elevator anywhere near me. After consulting a fire plan map, I saw there was only one and it was on the opposite side of the hotel, and this is a large hotel. I had to lug my bags up the stairs and realized that’s what he meant about the cart. The room was OK, but the walls and floor were dirty and the paint was peeling. I felt very unsafe as a woman alone in this hotel. There had to be at least a dozen men just sitting outside alone smoking at every entrance and I was put in an “attached room.” Check out employee was very nice.

We checked in lay about 11:30 pm local time. I waited about 15 min at the front desk, no bell to ring or buzzer. Two employees were chatting about their weekend plans. Finally I said knock knock and someone came out. Bed was very bouncy. Felt like sitting on a waterbed. Couldn’t sleep at all. Breakfast was norm, waffles, some instant egg beaters, sausage patties, cereal and juice. Didn’t get to use the pool as we stayed just to drive through.

Room was very clean. Hairdryer wasn't working informed front desk and they unfortunately didn't have a spare. But was assured it would be fixed for the next guest. Pool and hot tub get 4.5 stars out of 5. No towels, brought mine from the room and it's time for a ceiling repaint. Breakfast was great.
