Perfect weekend away for my husband & I. They let us check in early, so we could park our car & then walk to the 3:00 KC Royals game. We ate in the sports bar for dinner after the game, it was typical bar food with a fun atmosphere. The location is PERFECT for attending Royals or Chiefs games! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC was nice & cold.

Very average hotel. Stayed for one night to attend baseball game. Very convenient to the ballpark. Stayed at high end property downtown for four nights before so this felt like a big downgrade. Hotel is a bit dingy and not too comfortable but it did the trick for one night. Pictures online deceiving as it’s not that bright and fun as it looks like in the photos. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. It was fine and does ok for a one night stay but I wouldn’t wanna do multiple nights here.

Came to attend Royals Yankees game had a great time loved convenience to stadium! It would be amazing if you had a shuttle to get visitors safely to the game

Everything was “okay”. The convenience to the Royals stadium is unmatched. Our issue arose because of teenagers (seemingly unattended) that were knocking on our door and running away after 10pm. They did it multiple times, and we have small children who were trying to sleep. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, but it affected our stay.

This was a truly terrible experience top to bottom. When we arrived at almost 1 AM there was nobody at the desk despite me checking before and being told it was staffed 24 hours. There were just a few people in the adjacent bar but the music was louder than a nightclub - I couldn’t even think, and when I tried to call for help the person on the other line couldn’t hear me. When we finally got into our room it smelled terrible (like mold and old cigarette smoke), and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. I had told the woman at check in I had two kids and two adults, but she did not ask if I needed any. So I went back to the desk which was once again not staffed. It took almost 20 min for her to come and she then took another 10 min to get bedding from another floor and bring it up to our room. I would never stay here again and especially would not bring kids here. We left after one night despite being booked for 2.

The hotel is old and can use a remodel but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and was decent. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free however the 2nd floor and our room reeked of marijuana. The property is across the street from Arrowhead Stadium and the KC Royals Stadium but it's a sketchy area and only has a Taco Bell and a couple of gas stations around it. Overall it was a decent stay but we'll stay a little further away from the stadiums on our future visits.
