Hotel needs updating. We were on 4th floor. Doors and walls need to be repainted. Noticeable damage on walls and doors. The AC did not work in room 431. Could be a nice hotel if updated and maintained properly.

Decided to stay here for the pool got to our room tv didn’t work notified front desk and the ladies got very rude and disrespectful and said there wasn’t anything that could be done got some food to microwave for a quick bite to eat and found the microwave inoperable and the room was absolutely filthy.

The breakfast was not good. They ran out of alot and didn't refill. The milk was out so I asked for some and she brought 1 16 oz bottle out whi h got snatched right away. Ice water jugs were empty and not refilled. Potatoes were cold and hard and eggs were cold and dried up

Room was clean and spacious. The towels were so small that it was almost impossible to dry with them. Room was essentially "unfurnished". There was one straight back chair and no table. Bed/pillows were clean and comfortable. Common areas were terribly outdated and lacked periodic maintenance. Only one working elevator. Other apparently out of service for some time. Was informed there was no plans to repair. Staff friendly but mostly indifferent. Breakfast option ...Buffet only. No "light" breakfast available. Price reasonable. Many (10-15) unsupervised 5-12 year olds roaming atrium in evening. Would I stay again in the future? Possibly!

They had kids running through all the hotel being load knocking on doors or pushing them open. Kids climbed up on a half wall and were using as balance w beam the deck clerk was to interested in watching so Thing on computer it took three times saying excuse me for her to respond. Hotel out date pool smelled terrible. Desk clerk tried to tell us we only had one room until I pulled out the printed confirmation then she changed her tune. We had two rooms first night three the next we had plans tried to check in 15 minutes early she said no couldn’t we had to wait but we counted six others who came and checked in early. Very poor ran. If we could have gotten a refund we would have gone elsewhere.

Don’t choose this hotel. My room had trash and personal affects in it left from the previous stay. 45 minutes to check into the hotel on Friday afternoon. 1 elevator not working. Inside there is areas roped off with construction going on. My room was not cleaned with hair in the bathroom and dirt and trash left. Breakfast buffet cost $10 and was cold and not warm at all. Not a good variety for the money McDonald’s would have been better. The parking lot has pot holes that are huge in it in many areas.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, but entire property is showing its age and definitely in need of some upgrades and maintenance. Person in line in front of me complained of water leaking into their room during rain storm. Bathrooms are small, you can barely maneuver around with the door open. Shower had many broken and uneven tiles. All night long you could hear every door up and down the hall as they slam shut and rattle.
