The first room we were given keys to smelled very strongly of cat urine, so I was thankful that they were able to give us a different room quickly. But during our 4 day stay, housekeeping never came by. The sheets are not great and fall off the bed

I have stayed a lot of Hilton hotels and the breakfast. There was horrible. There’s no meat. I think everybody came down for breakfast was looking for some type of meat. That was the only problem.

Check-in and out staff was excellent, friendly, and personable. Made them aware the air conditioner in the room was not working and she was forwarding to maintenance. Housekeeping was very loud outside of the room and down the hallway despite being at the end of the hall and with a do not disturb sign on the door. Otherwise excellent property in a great location!

Our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were there 4 nights. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. The pool was closed and looked dirty and the halls and elevators smelled musty. One of the days the staff called the room to let us know the water would be shut off for 2 hours by the fire department. So that was a rough start to the day and ended in a rushed 2 min shower. Id stay again though.
