Hotel business is all about its hospitality, And I felt it while staying with E Central. My requests were heard and I was recognized by the management. While a comfortable and clean stay is important, which I believe these are the minimum standards for hotels, whether or not guests requests and complains are heard is more important to me.
Not only E Central satisfied my requests, the management always asked if my concerns were taken care of. I felt I was acknowledged, and I felt I existed. Although my room card keys didn’t work a few times, it did not really affect me at all due to an excellent hospitality management I received from E Central.
