Shower spigot was broken. The door to my room wouldn't latch unless I slammed it way too hard. I was charged fees that was not expressed through Hotels.com I will not be using this service anymore. Back to the competition!

Stay away from this hotel
Bed comfort was ok, pillows were understuffed down, and pretty bad, bathroom was dirty, shower had hair stuck to the walls, a hair band wrapped around the soap dispenser which was empty. The lobby looks nice, but once you leave it starts to feel like a cheap motel. Staff did not once says welcome back or anything to me. A hotel customer service standard. As a regular traveler, i will stay clear of this brand and maybe all Hilton brands going forward. It was that bad. I have stayed in worst chain motels, so i gave it two stars i stead of one.

The room was not cleaned properly and there was some trash from someone elses previous stay the bathroom was not swept or mopped and there were stains left some of the towels and on the sheets and there is no hair dryer and no microwave or coffee maker or ice buckets and there is no hot breakfast it's just cereal and bagels to choose from and it's just fruit loops or raisin brand and the air conditioner didn't cool the room had to go buy a small table fan

Cold and not best stay
Water in the shower never got hot! Cold shower. Check in was slow and then room was not ready when we got to it. A/C was not working so they moved us to another room and then new keys to new room didn’t work after 1st entry to the room.

No stars sucky service
This experience was terrible, I didn’t even get a chance to check in, the front desk girl was unsure what was going on and told me the Hotels.com over booked them however come to find out their maid services did not clean the rooms and therefore they could not check us in. I wasn’t the only person with this issue with them. There were 7 people that hadn’t checked in yet and she turn me away because I booked through Hotels.com they didn’t turn away those booked through Hilton even though I booked a month in advance. This was so inconvenient being spring break getting there after 10pm excepting to have no problems to having to find another hotel on the spot with no help from them. Every hotel in the area was booked for spring break. I hope no one stays here. If you do I wish you the best of luck! I hope they fire that person who did not do their job. I will never book there again.
