Bed comfort was ok, pillows were understuffed down, and pretty bad, bathroom was dirty, shower had hair stuck to the walls, a hair band wrapped around the soap dispenser which was empty. The lobby looks nice, but once you leave it starts to feel like a cheap motel. Staff did not once says welcome back or anything to me. A hotel customer service standard. As a regular traveler, i will stay clear of this brand and maybe all Hilton brands going forward. It was that bad. I have stayed in worst chain motels, so i gave it two stars i stead of one.
