"We were only here for one night so we didn’t get experience the public bath. But the service was extremely great. The room was exactly what we wanted to experience…Japanese style but yet we still have our private bath and shower. I will definitely recommend to others. Only hope we can wake up to see the fuji Mountain view but we didn’t cuz of my room’s location I’m guessing. Will definitely return."

"We loved that this property gives you a keycode to enter room. No worrying about losing keycard. Breakfast was included - mix of english and asian. Netflix on tv."

"The onsens were a highlight, beautiful and spacious with indoor and outdoor baths. We were a family of 4 (kids 5&7) and stayed in the traditional family suite with two large single beds and a separate tatami room. There is a new section with lounge/reception and restaurant and the old building has the onsens. It is not difficult getting between them via car park or indoor corridor. Staff was good/Enhlish speaking mostly and very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner included was was...

"It was my first onsen experience and it was nice, warm and relaxing. But I do not have other onsen places to compare to. It was a very foggy day and I cannot see the beautiful scenery outside. The buffet dinner and breakfast have a lot of variety of food and very good overall. "

"Good place to stay. Note that the beds are bunk type, okay for short stays. Breakfast was great. Had free evening self-serve liquor in good variety, but did not partake. Would stay again."

"Good location for food and freeway connection. Several lots of free parking. Ideal for driving travellers. Nice view of Fuji on a sunny day. Good to have window fully openned for extra ventilation into the room, but its frame needs a little clean up."

"Great location; very conveniently connected to the Odawara train station. There are so many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, etc within walking distance. The Odawara Castle is less than 10 min walk. The rooftop terrace provides a wonderful view of the castle. Good stay."

10/10 Excellent
"The Ajisai onsen Ryokan exceeded our expectations. The onsen is great especially since it is private . The most unforgettable experience we had was the dinner. The presentation of kaiseki course was simple and yet very entertaining. The staff were so great of course."
