The room was exactly what we wanted to experience…Japanese style but yet we still have our private bath and shower. I will definitely recommend to others. Only hope we can wake up to see the fuji Mountain view but we didn’t cuz of my room’s location I’m guessing. Will definitely return."

"The onsens were a highlight, beautiful and spacious with indoor and outdoor baths. We were a family of 4 (kids 5&7) and stayed in the traditional family suite with two large single beds and a separate tatami room. There is a new section with lounge/reception and restaurant and the old building has the onsens. It is not difficult getting between them via car park or indoor corridor. Staff was good/Enhlish speaking mostly and very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner included was was...

"Great location; very conveniently connected to the Odawara train station. There are so many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, etc within walking distance. The Odawara Castle is less than 10 min walk. The rooftop terrace provides a wonderful view of the castle. Good stay."
