Uncleaned cutlery in dish washer, chipped plate. The toilet rocked and the seat was loose, only one opened toilet roll, half empty, no toilet roll holder. Shower cubicle chipped and not clean Empty tissue box in holder. Asked for a room change, denied as hotel full. Too tired to argue.

Spacious but poorly kept up
The room itself was spacious, but the pool isn’t heated, the Peloton is broken, the breakfast server was pretty rude to other hotel guests and we asked two times to get a room clean and it never happened. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

Overall it was a pretty decent stay at this hotel. The guy at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast was good. There was a few things that I noticed like dirt on the kitchen floor, housekeeping was behind, cable was stalling, tissue roll was broken, there was only 1 towel in the room. These weren’t major issues so other than that, it was decent.
