Good hotel for the price

The hotel is in front the plaza and if you have a room with balcony it is beautiful the view, the service was very good, everybody was very polite. The valet parking was very careful with my truck. The room was ok, nothing impressive but it was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The breakfast was deliciuos and they even have a chef cooking for you however you like your eggs. The only complaint that i have it is that i did not receive my free drinks that it was promise in the app as VIP member.

The property was conveniently located downtown. It faces a plaza in which I enjoyed sitting and walking when I needed some relaxing time. It is very close to local markets where I was able to find good shopping deals and tasty food. It did not have a room for disabled people but we were able to make it work. The representatives were friendly, alert, and trustworthy. From the guys working valet to the front desk staff and housekeeping representatives were all welcoming with a smile. I forgot my passport and called the office and they immediately went to my prior room and found it. I appreciate them taking immediate action. I will definitely stay here upon my return.

La alfombra chiclosa y sucia, olía a humedad terrible, aires no funcionaban nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación y como quiera ni funcionaba bien, la llave de la regadera desgastada, y no cerraba nuevamente tuvimos que pedir que porfavor arreglaran eso, ya que aparte salía un mini chorro, el elevador se trabó estando adentro, una experiencia bastaste desagradable

excelente ubicación, solo que nos cobraron extra por una sabana que se mancho de dulce y nos bloquearon el acceso a la habitacion hasta que pagaramos. La verdad no regresaremos a hospedarnos, porque no querian inclusive aceptarnos el pago de la sabana con tarjeta, siendo ya de noche un 25 de Dic y con el cuarto cerrado hasta que pagaramos cuando nuestra salida ya era el 26. El tema fue la forma en que se nos trató, traiamos a nuestro hijo con una condición especial y pues la mancha no se hizo con intención o por descuido. Muy mala experiencia

Buen hotel, el personal muy amable, el pero que le pondría es que en las fechas que fuimos hacía mucho frío y no pudimos encender la calefacción en la habitación aparentemente porque el aire es central y la temperatura tenía que ser una sola! El almuerzo buffet rico, poca variedad.
