Jacksonville hellhole . . .
This hotel was awful! Reserved a room with two beds, all of those were on the second floor without elevator. My wife is in a wheelchair and could not navigate stairs. We were moved to a ground floor room (125) with one well-used bed. It had only sheets on it, no blanket at all, and one pillow. The staff (?) were less than helpful (to say the least). The noise from the drug dealers and hookers outside (yes, I was accosted) was at times deafening, it finally quieted to a dull roar around 4AM. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Blood stains
There were dead roaches in my room and blood stains on the bed sheets. The front desk asked me to take pictures so I did and show them to them. They gave me new sheets to change my bed myself. Then there was no remote control. I went back up the to front desk. It took about 2 hours for maintenance to drop one off and it didn’t work on my tv. So I gave up. Then, the plugs in the room would not work. Other than that my stay was okay. Sheets were clean at least so I slept good.

Safety Risk- Literally
This stay was terrible. My door didn’t shut all the way and I was terrified. Someone tried to enter my room on the second night due to the appearance of an open room. I couldn’t sleep until I moved the fridge in front of my door. I’m not picky but safety is essential. When I called after hours, I could tell my request would not be treated as urgent and needed to “wait until the morning “.

Don't go here.
The lady at the front desk was nice. The room was okay. The floor had a greasy film from the door to the other side of the room and bathroom. The shower had a crack in it and the floor gave in that spot. I waited for someone to come clean the floor again. After waiting for 2 hours I decided to find another hotel.
