Absolutely great besides for the fact that the room was freezing. One small heater could not warm up this industrial size bedroom. Cool and pretty room . Huge but cold . If they change that it would be rated much higher.

Everything was great until I had a female staff member knock on my door at 5am aggressively and waking me up. They were delivering water to another room even though I had asked for water (and was ready to pay for it) around 2am and they said they don’t do that and that there is a store around the corner. But that was not true apparently…. Making this more frustrating for me.

I reserved at Uliv Polanco and they sent us to Roma North, in a building with a very tiny bed, without elevators and very far of our daily activities in Polanco, so I have to spend a lot of time traveling and pay a lot of money for transportation. The noise from the traffic outside is considerable, even on the 6th floor. The windows are not double glazed and therefore the noise of trucks etc can be louder than a TV in the room. The “industrial” decor isn’t to everyone’s taste, but overall I found it comfortable. If you’re there for Day of the Dead, it is also close to the start of the parade (2024).

The walls are extremely thin. I had the “pleasure” of hearing and witnessing a guest shouting match with a Call Girl. When things escalated to objects being thrown, there are no phones in the room to communicate with the front desk. After the situation was solved (almost one hour later) I heard every single move done at the room: from brushing teeth to cleaning crew doing the room the following day.
