The room was great. It’s that we did not know it was owner owned. That’s the first time I’ve heard of it. The room did not get cleaned or garbage taken out unless we call the host which is Hotels.com I guess to let them know. We were told that hotel workers can not go into the room without permission from the owner or host. When I booked the room I did not see anything stating that. Other than that the stay was good.

I have to give this hotel a 10/10! The balcony view was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and the Sphere. The room was immaculate, the staff went above and beyond, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a fantastic Las Vegas stay!

This Location in Expedia was not managed by The Signature MGM so I had some communication issues when I had questions. Being a part of the MGM Grand campus is a bonus and the local on premise cafe - Delights - had excellent friendly service.

We didn’t receive house keeping throughout our stay. We called for house keeping, personally spoke to cleaning staff but didn’t receive any attention with that matter. I spoke with front desk personnel but said they took no responsibility as it was through a 3rd party which was very disappointed as I have booked stays in Las Vegas with other properties and received that assistance. Also with the valet service for the majority of the time they couldn’t get our car to turn on so we had to walk over to the car garage to retrieve our vehicle from the parking garage

Beautiful

Staying at The Signature at MGM was an incredible experience. From the free valet service and ice machines to the jetted bathtub, fridge, and microwave, everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking, with all the casinos and hotels lit up at night. Opening the sliding glass door to that stunning sight was unforgettable. I loved it so much that I plan to come back for my birthday. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality! ❤️❤️❤️❤️💯👍👍

The soap dispensers did not display what they were in the shower also there was no cream for my coffee I asked the front desk for cream and they had to go find out through other channels to see if that was a provided item because we ordered through hotels.com it seemed like they did not like renting through there also the carpet was dirty so if I had stains.

Not right!

We weren’t treated nice because we booked from hotels.com they literally told us that. We stood there 3 nights and we couldn’t get more towels the next day or toilet paper because we didn’t book straight from them. Every time we will call for something they told us the same thing that they couldn’t help us because we booked from a hotels.com We stood 3 nights we paid a lot of money we should of been treated like everyone else.

There wasn't cleaner at the property i asked them to clean my room at the reception but they said that's not our property it's a condo so call to who ever booked it for you. And i called even to cancelled it because when the air condition starts i couldn't sleep it makes a lot of sound over all i don't like it never go back agin

Please book this property directly with MGM. If you dont, you have to deal with an outsourced agency for all needs. We reserved two rooms under one reservation and received them in different towers. No room cleaning. If we needed to replenish towels the next day, it’s an extra charge. Basically, you’re not part of MGM. You’re on your own. Property is very nice and well maintained

It’s a safe and quiet property and I really liked it. But It has the issue that you can’t check in before 3pm and can’t stay after 11. They are not flexible like other hotels where you can check in early and leave late, also if you are casino guys and like to walk on strip. It’s far away from that activities. You would need to walk around 10 or 15 minutes to get to MGM grand. The other problem I had was that they kept only one small soap for me for two nights. I had to take it to shower and bring back to the sink, otherwise every thing was fine.

It was okay - good place for the price

The hotel is quiet which is nice but the room is dirty. Not dirty like they haven’t surface cleaned - dirty as in, I don’t want to sit on the couch or any of the chairs for that matter. I don’t want to take my shoes off because I doubt the carpets have ever been cleaned. Also, you must pay $70 to have your room cleaned while you’re there and $15 for more towels or anything you might need (delivery fee). The highlight was the balcony. I love fresh air but there was no place to sit and the floor was disgusting. Never seen a power wash in its day.

Great hotel, easy to navigate. Bed was comfy, tub was great. Thermostat was broken and the shower door came off. But besides that it was a good 2 night stay.
