This was our second time we stayed at Hotel Club and had once again the privilege of enjoying the hospitality of the kind and lovely personnel as well as the cozy atmosphere at the hotel. The extended continental breakfast is very good serving a nice range of choices. Hotel rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. The bed is very comfortable and our rooms have been with a view to the small pool area. We love the location in Sant'Agnello as it is just enough outside the crowded center of Sorrento with just a 15-20 min walk from Piazza Tasso. There is also a bus connection just around the corner to Sorrento and near Piazza Tasso. The Sant'Agnello area is also worth getting acquainted with and has a few good restaurants. Grazie ancora e arrivederci alla prossima volta!

Dejligt mindre familie

Dejligt mindre familiedrevet hotel som ligger 2 km. fra Sorrento bymidte. Her er færre turister og det er rart. Familien er meget serviceminded og vi blev opgraderet til bedre værelse ved vores ankomst. Fin tagterrasse og god lille pool i baghaven. Der er naturlig støj fra omgivelser og toget kører lige ved siden af hotellet, men dejligt med togstation kun 200 meter fra hotellet. Vi var meget positivt overraskede over det gode lille hotel.

Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und betreut, wie in einer Familie! Dieses Hotel ist ideal für alles, was man sich vorstellt.200m zu Bus und Bahn ( mit der Circumvesuviana kann man von Neapel aus bis Sorrent fahren, Sant Agnello ist eine Station vor Sorrent, kann man auch in ca 25 Minuten zu Fuss laufen), kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke, cafe und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung und zum Meer ca 900 m, aber gleich mit Lift runter zum Strand La Marinella, Bootstour nach Amalfi konnten wir buchen vom Hotel, wurden direkt dort abgeholt, ein Traum und wir hatten ein Zimmer zu den Zitronenbäumen hin, toll, aber auch die Dachterasse ist einzigartig mit Blick aufs Meer und die besten Sonnenuntergänge. Es ist nicht alles neu im Hotel, aber sehr sauber und jeden Tag frisch gemachte Betten. So eine liebe Familie mit viel Herzlichkeit...absolute Empfehlung!!! Kommen wieder!!!!!

I recently stayed at Hotel Club in Sorrento and had a deeply disappointing experience. I had chosen this hotel hoping for a clean and comfortable stay, but I unfortunately encountered bed bugs in my room. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was moved to a second room, only to find that it too had bed bugs. The building manager, Luigi, and I spent time searching for other available rooms, and after inspecting four different options, I reluctantly settled on a fifth room. Now, I’m left with bed bug bites all over my body, which has overshadowed my entire trip. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the pest issues and overall lack of cleanliness.

WiFi was my biggest issue - properties speeds are dreadfully slow. Friendly staff but difficult to get a hold of someone as it’s a family operation that limits their abilities to man the front desk, bar, etc. clean rooms and comfortable enough, though I can understand others guests gripes.

Way too expensive for the experience. There are much better hotels nearby. Stay in Sorrento proper. Pictures made the property seem way better than reality. The rooms are terribly noisy without any sound dampening - you will hear talking in rooms beside you. Steps above you. Showers and toilette flushes. The hotel isn’t in a great area, and a considerable walk to Sorrento. The only benefit to location is metro close by.

Hotel pictures were misrepresented!!’ Maybe 40 years ago! Absolutely awful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The mattresses are stiff and plastic bumps protruding through all over!!! The only thing that was tolerable was the breakfast and the lovely staff that attended to us.
